Me and my cousin went in here as we were walking, by we saw these shoes we liked and were perfectly matching with some coats we had just bought. We walked in and the shop was full of people when asking for this shoe my cousin got a number 4 and I wanted a 5 whrn I asked for number 5 the lady picked up the shoe in display which was dirty and said that was the last one they had in stock I asked if she clean the shoe and show me if the stains would go away without damaging the shoe the lafy initially said they don't have a clean cloth to clean it with then a couple minutes later she found a cloth and a spray which she used to clean the shoe the stains to have gone so I was like okay let's get them they weren't much so I was like okay. Customer service is not great even if it seems like there are a lot of staff people. Wore the shoe once for now, and it's alright.

The customer service is poor. I returned some shoes and was advised I would be refunded returns & wasn't. I was stupid to buy 3 shoes & of course each time pay the heavy postage. This company advised me not to reply on PayPal & they refund my returns & then replied saying PayPal closed the case in there favour. The shoes they selling were found in a local market in Bradford.& can be purchased alot cheaper. Absolutely disgrace and rip you off. They don't reply to emails be cautious.

Never buy or order anything from this shop. They. Claim lifetime guarantee yet when you try to return anything they make stupid excuses. I bought nearly £175 of shoes and bags yet when the bag and shoes starting falling apart they did not want to know. The manager is useless and no customer care what so ever. My sandals are going black

Brought a shoe which suppose to atleast last me the event but the shoe strap broke the moment i entered the venue. The shoes are not even worth a single pound. On top the customer service is appalling. When i reached out to talk about this to the staff and the manager, they got extremely rude. I rather suggest everyone to shop next door as their shoes last for years not just one event !!! I wish i could give zero!!

Very rude staff!! got in with the buggy as as my daughter was asleep and had to get a pair of sandals for her, but the lady asked my husband to stand outside in the rain with the buggy and my sleeping child. Will never step in this shop again!!!

Really awful experience with Unze. I will never shop here again. It took me 2-3 months to get a refund for sandals that were in fact faulty. They never respond to emails nor do they pick up the phone. So much for the lifetime refund policy more like lifetime to refund your money policy. Even the manager is dodgy claims to do stuff but doesn't actually do anything. I was literally begging them for my money back if I wouldn't have pestered them they probably wouldn't have returned my money. Not even deserving of one star. Take my advice and never shop here.
