   Haydock st Helen’s . One member of there staff who spoiled my shopping experience . Think shop floor supervisor gone middle aged lady blonde with short hair .works on Sundays especially 2nd Nov 25 . Takes questioning as personnel criticism. Rude ,and very unprofessional. Shocked at her comments more than once . Will avoid in future or shop elsewhere , I visit at least three times a week for a family shop. Nil points from me, more training on anger management is advised

   Staff really rude, pretty much harassed out of the store at closing time, despite the tannoy only just having given the pre closing warning. Awful customer service.

   Harassed today. Staff asking more than I am responsible for at a till. Why don't customers put a barrier after their own shopping themselves, this would make it ready for the next customer. Be responsible. I apologised to be polite, but the staff member had to rub it in saying there was no need to be rude. I suggested to him, "Accept my apology, and Let it go please.

   Appalling. Had deliveries from here for over 10 years and now cannot even book a slot due to deliveries being moved to Horwich, 20 miles away! This is not how you treat loyal customers who have paid a £75 delivery saver fee for a year! Never again will I shop here. Sainsburys here I come!

   Ok so popped in for a few things and I can't believe that some of the staff don't even talk when you ask them a question. Tesco you need to make sure staff communicate and made even a smile when a customer talk's to them. It might be raining outside but still cheer up.
