Plenty of trainees and shoes but the two girls working on Saturday morning we're having a ching-wag and couldn't cate less about us coming in. They didn't even say good morning. If they font feel like working there, they should find another job but it's not the customers' fault
Had a great experience at Clarks in Ashford Outlet. The staff were friendly, helpful, and patient while I looked for the right pair of shoes. The store was well-organized with a good selection at outlet prices. Found exactly what I needed great value and excellent service!
Nice small shop. At least this shop is still living in Gravesend Town Centre. Where lots of shops have closed down. Clarks is still here. Whenever I visit I always find what I am looking for. Prefer it to the one in Bluewater. More quiet and easy to find the best shoes. Thanks guys and keep up the good work.
Top service from who I think was the store manager or supervisor perhaps. I went in to make an exchange today Bank Holiday Monday. Efficient. Smiling. Friendly. Wow! A natural! Rare it has to be said. A1 customer service. Clarks you are lucky to have her!
Very friendly and helpful staff. I take my daughter here to be fitted for school shoes and they're always great fun. I much prefer this smaller store to the chaotic Bluewater store!
I have been Clarks customer for many years and absolutely loved the store. However, my recent experience has been very disappointing. It was very frustrating to find out that a pair of boots that I bought and owned for couple of weeks are faulty. Even though a member of staff admitted the fault, I was refused to get a refund at Gravesend store. I had no other choice, but to complain to Clarks customer service. This has caused a lot of inconvenience. One of the worst customer experience.
Staff were really good, looking for pairs of boots for my grand daughters, no problems in getting them from the store room for us. Well helpful and not just a number like some of the other shoe shops
Always go to the Gravesend store to purchase my two daughters shoes. Requested Carol (as we’ve always had her and had excellent service from her), but She was not in on the day we went so was served by Emily. Emily was just as helpful, even ringing another store to locate a certain shoe style in one of my daughters size. Carol was working at that store and she kindly brought the shoes to the Gravesend store for my daughter to try on the next day. Nothing was too much trouble. Will always use the Gravesend store first as can’t fault the service. Thankyou
