“Always go to the Gravesend store to purchase my two daughters shoes. Requested Carol (as we’ve always had her and had excellent service from her), but She was not in on the day we went so was served by Emily. Emily was just as helpful, even ringing another store to locate a certain shoe style in one of my daughters size. Carol was working at that store and she kindly brought the shoes to the Gravesend store for my daughter to try on the next day. Nothing was too much trouble. Will always use the Gravesend store first as can’t fault the service. Thankyou”

“My partner and I wanted a personalised Stocking for my 8 week old girl- Tini's Baby Boutique provided exactly what we wanted. Great quality, very quick service (with personalisation at no extra cost)- and a very reasonable price. Turn around time was next day (available to be picked up)... again very impressive!! I was also impressed with their shop- a great selection of clothing (boys and girls) from new born through to 5 years. All staff I have met (at Gravesend Branch and Dartford Branch) were really friendly, and helpful. I would def use again, as this is a true gem of a local business.”

“A really well spoken lady just helped me find the shoes I was looking for (nike blaze 77 size 8) and we even spoke about movies that we liked such as aliens and other sci fi thrillers. She deserves a raise her customer service was 100% the best I have ever seen. Treating me like a friend I haven't seen in a while. So much so she convinced me to buy innersoles.
