   Two visits this week and I was helped by the same incredibly helpful member of staff both times, Alfie, in the wallpaper / paint section. So polite, nothing too much trouble and knows his stuff. Please give him a pat on the back and a thank from us. Also, I learned you are dog friendly on my last visit so I'll definitely buy all of my stuff from you in future!

   Shout out to Nathen on the cutting desk who calmly and expertly cut a load of ply for my desk build on Saturday morning. Previous to me there were two chaps wanted a large list done too so Nathen was dealing with impatient customers as he worked through the back up but he did it with grace and kindness and even took the time to discuss how I was treating the wood. The precision cuts were a delight to work with and I had the desk wall put together in no time! Now I'm already planning another project!

   I have never been dissapointed at this store. I have always found whatever I needed for any of our diy projects, be it panelling, hardware products or storage solutions. Recently the most useful had been all the lively garden diy products they had. Over this summer we completely revamped the front garden. We strippednit down to its bare minimum, keeping the 4 big trees and doing everything else with stuff bought from b and q. We got a lot of edging, planters, plants, grass rollsm soil, compost, top soil, plant supports, hardware connectors, hanging baskets, geotextile liners, lawn prep topsoil, pebbles, stepping blocks and much more. I have shared some photos of the final look of the garden as well.

   I visited B&Q today with quite a complex cutting list and wasn’t expecting much given how busy the store was. But Steve, despite being clearly rushed off his feet, calmly and professionally took the time to help me. What should have taken an hour, Steve managed in just 20 minutes – with precision, efficiency and genuine kindness. He was polite, focused, and honestly just utterly lovely throughout. I was genuinely shocked (in the best way) by how skilled and helpful he was. It’s rare to see someone deliver that level of customer service with such composure and grace under pressure. Massive thanks to Steve – an absolute credit to the B&Q team.

   One of the biggest B and Q of sheffield. You can find everything there for home to garden, plus there is a food van outside exit of it. Nice food. Lots of parking. Guy called James work there was very helpful and knowledgeable.

   I love b&q but a worker named Clair gave me such hard time, I had to carry a very heavy lamp to her instead of her going to where the lamp was placed, not to mention that there was a returned labelled on it and I’ve asked her about why it was returned and she just took off the label and throw it away in front of me and just said there’s no issue. Hopefully next time workers will be more helpful.

   This place is brilliant massive size store very wide isles very easy parking especially for vans. Luckily for me I'm trade point straight in and out Sheffield Store is one of the biggest I've ever been in and I have been to a lot of b&Q covid-19 rules after be followed no waiting around staff very very helpful 10 /10 I'm

   Seriously hadn't been to B&Q for 10 years! Now I'm a B&Q addict!!!! Reasonable prices, easy to find items, helpful staff, well organised during the current covid 19 situation. Spacious store. Lots of inspiring ideas as you walk around! Something for everyone. Plants, barbecue's, tools, paints, kitchen bins, cookers, flooring, curtains, cushions, garden furniture and MUCH more. No toilets or cafe during the pandemic. Please remember to respect staff at this particular time. Lots of car parking and large trolley available for big items. Enjoy!
