Really nice environment, plenty of TV’s and good drink variety. Does an extensive food menu and is decently priced. Has a dartboard and pool table too, definitely swing by if you’re around.
Popped in to ask about venue as we had a joint birthday celebration. The Assistant Manager was very friendly and told me he had Karaoke on that night and told me about all the promotional offers of drinks and about the free pool table, he said he could reserve us a table and look after us all, (he and the other staff certainly did!) The atmosphere was relaxed and the staff were friendly and attentive, nothing was too much trouble for them. We were a mixed group of 8 of varying ages. A young man called Jack was the chef that night and he was a little anxious because he wanted everything to be perfect (it absolutely was!), our food was cooked to perfection, lots of it, and DELICIOUS, great prices too! Karaoke was great fun, a group who were celebrating exam results joined in with the Karaoke and the guy running it made sure that everyone who wanted to sing got plenty of chances to sing equally which was great. We all had a really great evening and the staff there really did go out of their was to ensure that we did. Would absolutely go again, great night, great pub food, great atmosphere and fabulous staff. Thanks guys!
We dropped into Ebb&Flow for a drink after a scorcher of a day. Great place, staff were excellent and owner so welcoming We enjoyed taking part (and winning) the pub quiz!! Would definitely come back
A Hidden Gem in Sutton! I recently visited Ebb & Flow in Sutton and was genuinely impressed. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm, stylish, and welcoming – perfect for everything from casual drinks to a night out with friends. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home. The drinks menu is fantastic, with a great selection of cocktails, wines, and beers at reasonable prices. The cocktails were especially good – clearly made with care and quality ingredients. We also ordered some small plates, and they were delicious – fresh, well-presented, and full of flavour. What stood out most was the vibe – upbeat but relaxed, with great music and a really nice crowd. Whether you’re popping in for a quiet drink or staying out a bit longer, it strikes the right balance. I’ll definitely be returning!
Sunday 26th March popped in to see if they did a Sunday Lunch the lady behind the bar very helpful said Beef or Chicken I had beef when it can out it was very well presented hot and good portions and tasted excellent. Staff very good would go there again Thank You Ebb & Flow & Staff !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Have had some really good last minute nights out here. Great atmosphere and music and drinks. Management, bar staff and DJ’s can not fault them. Have visited for food on occasion and have always enjoyed :)
I usually go to familiar place.. as am a creature of habit. Walled past this so many times.. then few days ago finally went in, as other places were crowded. And I was so pleasantly rewarded. The lady who greeted me at rhe bar, and the gent who made my food were all extremely friendly and helpful. The place has so much space.. Nice aras of colour and a modern decor.. food was delicious. I had coffee, guineas and hunters chicken meal. All of it around £20+ toilets upstairs were well kept. Disabled toilet downstairs. I'll definitely be making it one of my regular hangouts ..as I like a meal and then do some work too. I plan to bring friends next time I feel like a social in a bar.

Nice bar to have a late night drink. Drinks are affordable with interesting offers such as 3 Jaager bomb for 10£. They have a small dancefloor and a nice DJ, just enough to enjoy your evening.
