   Lovely store. Easy parking. Spacious shop with lots of choice in all departments. Food hall excellent. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Cafe can be very busy and they can be slow to clear the tables.

   We are lucky this store is local to us. The store itself has so much choice and is ideal for men, women and kids. Extra special at xmas too. It's that big you really don't mind shopping there either as it never feels over busy. The cafe is amazing, the food court is very very popular. Despite what some people say, the foot is very reasonably priced and is very good quality. Parking outside is free, but be prepared to hunt for a space at those busy parts of the day, mainly weekends. Highly recommend this store.

   I’ve always shopped at this M&S, but I’m really disappointed with the service I received regarding the toddler pyjamas. The machine didn’t print a receipt when I bought the clothes, and the pyjamas were sold as a set (top and bottom). I bought three sets, and when I got home, I found that one of them was missing the bottoms. When I went back to the store, they refused to offer a replacement. The staff member even said, “At least you got the top ” which I found very unhelpful and unprofessional. Please be careful, as this experience was very disappointing.

   I visited the Marks and Spencer store in Longbridge today. I needed to buy some nightwear for my elderly mother. I asked Elaine for some help and advice. She was the member of staff checking stock and she was brilliant. She knew what was in store and found items that would be suitable. I was able to find what I needed thanks to her advice. I was really impressed!

   Plenty of choice and variety in all departments from adult clothing, kids clothing, food and more. Food, clothing, accessories, household items, all great quality but even sale items aren't the cheapest around but you do generally get good value. The flowers are always fantastic, the fresh breads smell delicious and clothing is well organised, arranged and tidy. Staff are pleasant, friendly and helpful. Unlike some shops, there is actually room between the aisles, displays, racks etc which makes it pushchair and wheelchair friendly

   Very friendly staff helped me find 3 different outfits for my child's 3rd birthday as I was struggling absolutely wonderful ladies smiles too. I also had breakfast which was fresh and tasty. Only wish they served full English as no other cafe in area serves breakfast.

   A good Marks and Spencer to visit. Free car parking for 3 hours. The cafe seems to run a lot more efficiently than others, there's nearly always 2 tills running simultaneously, where other stores seem to run 1 by default and subsequently have a queue put the door. Staff were all friendly and professional, thank you.
