Brilliant place to stay, don't he put off by the location ( Industrial estate) Rooms are a little dated & would benefit from a spruce up, but other than I would highly recommend.

Absolutely lovely little Spot I did book breakfast for both mornings which I didn't receive. Even tho it took the funds I rang customer service to see if I could get a discounted price on my room for an extra night tomorrow. But as if now nothing yet cleaning staff are very friendly

Picked this hotel for its location mainly. Booking.com stated free parking and £10 for breakfast ..... this isnt right!!! You pay for parking and breakfast is only a tenner if you prebook it. ( but it doesn't say that) Overall a bit disappointing really, thought I was getting a bargain and it ended up more expensive than the premier inn - and I would have preferred to stay there!!

Room was basic and a little tired but very clean and quiet with a comfortable bed. Confirmation email stated the the restaurant and bar were open from 5pm until 10pm but on our arrival at 9pm, they had stopped serving food which was disappointing after long journey, perhaps the email could have been clearer if they stop serving at a certain time, we were able to order-in though and met the driver outside reception Location good for access from the motorway. Breakfast was very good especially the full English. Staff were polite and friendly.

This is not a star hotel. It was however friendly very clean, and homely comfortable. There are no frills, and the food is basic. However, it was perfectly edible and well presented. All in this was a cheap hotel, and for what we paid, great value for money. We had dinner and breakfast in the hotel out of choice and will use them again if we get the opportunity.

Clean and comfortable. Staff were excellent. Good little find after reading mixed reviews I can honestly say I was pleasantly surprised.

Nice little niche hotel. Breakfast was good. But could have been buffet. Reception staff were a little unhelpful as they didn’t know what answers to give. We felt a little patronised at check in

Rooms are quite basic. Room smelled like someone had been smoking in it and alot of air freshener had been used to disguise the smoke smell. Breakfast was expensive for what you got. Not quite like the image in the room. All staff friendly which was nice. Struggled to find it having turned off main road into Industrial estate. Good wifi

Stayed two nights, rooms basic but ok to get our heads down, very comfortable beds, housekeeping was excellent clean towels every day. The only down side we went on our first evening to dinner, was told they could only offer fish and chips and chicken wings,as the chef was doing lots of orders. We declined and had to find somewhere else, being new to the area took a while to find somewhere and having our 8 year old grandson was quite late for him to have dinner.
