   The saleman was so rude and unhelful. They are not willing to help the cusyomer to find the right items. Company will lose customer becuase of unprofessional staff like him. I GOT my part From TOLLSTATION WITH CHEAPER PRICE. this branch is wate of time. Its better to replace him ASAP to avoid of lossing customer.

   Quick and efficient service as always. Prices are usually good. I have a couple of stores close by so if one store is out of stock on an item, which isn't often, then the other store usually had stock. Next day collection is slowed down a bit during the covid 19 pandemic ship it's more like 2 days rather than next day but if you plan your jobs then it's still okay.

   great place and service for products. only problem was walking from EDGE lane you have to walk all the way past into a side street and then half way back. partner had to stop halfway and wait as she couldn't carry on with her ailments. A pedestrian entrance by the pedestrian lights seems like it might provide a solution

   Always friendly and an extensive range of products. If they don't have it then it's normally ready around midday the following day. Their No Nonsense range is of high quality and great value. Other random products, like certain types of bulbs etc are poor value. But we're all adept at shopping around online these days, that we can work around the odd pricing curve ball. All in all, the products they sell are good to high quality. Never bought a duff item here. They also have a local price guarantee (item must be identical and offline prices only). Further, their own brand tools and equipment come with amazing no quibble warranties. For example, I hand an electric breaker which was used heavily but it completely died on me. It was still within the warranty period and got a replacement. So A* for customer service and a straight A for quality. Easy to recommend this and all Screwfix stores.
