I've used their paints at both my home and my business. They're worth the expense. The colours are almost always even better than expected, and they contain so much pigment and are such a nice matte texture that they make walls that are in poor condition (cracks, bad plastering) look almost perfect. I've done up two Victorian properties with these paints and they are so good that they add value to the property.

Ordered some Metro tiles, when they turned up 18 of them had been heavily damaged so unusable. They were well packaged for transit but the actual box containing the tiles had visible signs of damage. Unfortunately this did not stop someone in their warehouse just sending them on to us. Very poor quality control given that Fired Earth do not stock tiles in their high street stores so replacements can take a day to get to you. End result we are now paying for an extra day for the tiler to come back to finish the job, which Fired Earth won't cover. The customer service of the people working in the store was excellent, just a shame they have also been let down by their warehouse.
Please do not buy slate tiles for your kitchen. They absorb anything spilt on they and impossible to clean. With have used all the recommended cleaning products and sealants at great expense but to no avail.
