   We saw Ella today and she was incredibly kind, patient and helpful. I’m preparing to travel with Toffee back to Taiwan and needed an EHC, and Ella has been so knowledgeable and supportive throughout the process. She explained everything clearly and made the whole experience much less stressful. I really appreciate all her help — highly recommend!

   I just want to say thank you to the vets for taking care of my buddy Ozzy on his last night on this cosmic rock. I live up in Newcastle so sadly I was not down here when my parents took him in. However I came to collect his ashes today and it made me happy to see how much the staff cared about everyone’s pals who get brought in and the love they have for pets even if it was a short interaction, I am glad he was in loving hands at the end. Thank you for the card and paw prints too it means a lot to me and my family who are spread around the world who couldn’t be here at this time. I know he visited a few times over the years, he was always taken great care of. Finally thank you for the beautiful packaging of the ashes, I will be taking them up north to the cliffs he was last with all of my family. Thank you again and for anyone looking for the right vets, these are the one.

   Cannot fault their professionalism, compassion and caring nature. They saved my puppy’s life by diagnosing and referring quickly. Having joined from previously using another local vet I’m confident I’ve made the right choice. Every member of staff I’ve encountered has been wonderful. Claire the Vet has kept in touch to check on Bobby and his progress. I can’t wait to bring him back in to show them how well he is now doing.

   The best Vets! They have always been so lovely and kind with my hamsters ♥️ I visited them today with my female hamster, Maggie and the unthinkable happened and she went into cardiac arrest, Nick acted so quickly and she’s doing amazing and is super happy and well. I can’t thank and recommend them enough!

   Bollington Veterinary Surgery is great. They also have a satellite surgery in Tytherington. No unnecessary procedures, everything explained in layman's terms and they are great with emotional humans as well. I have used them since almost the very start and wouldn't trust my pets with anyone else.
