Steve was professional and personable, thorough with his assessment and set out a number of options but without pushing any in particular so we could make the choice we felt was appropriate. He needed his booster and flea/worming and the vet we saw (I didn't catch her name unfortunately) was extremely kind and gentle with him. She was patient with me too and checked him over when I mentioned a couple of other things I was concerned with. Cost of treatment seems reasonable to previous vets we've visited. The lady on reception was really friendly too. Parking round the rear of the building. Lastly, they have a candle in the reception which is lit if an owner is having having an appointment to have their pet put to sleep, and request soft voices and respect if this is the case. I've never seen this before in vets and thought it was a lovely idea.”

He will struggle to get his muzzle off (not to bite but doesn't like to be restricted). Debbie was very calm and patient with him throughout the appointment. Also gave us some useful tips on nail maintenance. Very reasonable cost.”
