   Would just like to express my heartfelt thanks to Allison. She treated us with such care and sympathy when we had to put our pet rat to sleep. She is a real credit to the company. Despite not being a cat or dog, Allison still came over and comforted us, making a fuss out of our rat too. She knew all of the right words to say to reassure us and made the whole situation 10 times easier. The vet, Michael, was also absolutely fantastic and explained everything with so much care. Thank you so much to both of you for making our very hard situation so much easier. We will now be using Vets4Pets for our dog, who is currently at a different vets in Bury, solely due to the huge amount of care we felt today.

   Excellent vets - from the lovely and experienced receptionists to the nurses. Also, competitive pricing compared to other vets. I feel very secure in bringing my cat here whenever there are any concerns.

   The vets are lovely but the dragons on reception are a different experience! There were two women whispering between themselves the last time I visited and they waited to finish their gossiping before even acknowledging my presence - when they did eventually look up there was no smile or chat or any sort of welcoming - I felt it very hostile and awkward and very uncomfortable to be honest, if my pet wasn’t in need I would have walked out and not returned- at the end of the examination when I paid there was not even a thank you or a hope your pets ok, no compassion just blank expressions and frown lines to go with!! I certainly won’t recommend and won’t register any new pets here which is a shame because the actual vets and nurses are great!

   Amazing nurses and doctors so every time we come they know exactly how to deal with our dogs. One has some trust issues and loves his ball so vet always make sure he feels comfortable and plays with a ball with him for few throws. We always feel in professional hands once we in the room, however the receptionist staff is so rude. As soon as we need to book an appointment we always dreading to call as we know we won't be greeted nicely over the phone or once we come in. Real shame, as we going to use vets4pets only for yearly vaccinations but for more serious reasons we definitely choosing someone else purely because of reception staff.

   Huge thanks to Allison, Amy and team who have really gone above and beyond today taking amazing care of my fur baby after she suddenly became very unwell. The love and care for the fluffy members of our families is honestly the best and is why I have entrusted all at Vets for Pets in Bury for years. A very upsetting day made as stress free as can be thanks to Allison and Amy knowing exactly what was needed and taking the time to listen and genuinely care. I would not take my pets anywhere else as I know they are cared for by the best here.

   We had to take our dog as an emergency and was told the bad news but they went out there way to let us take our dog to see the people he needed before he went to doggy heaven. The vet lady stayed late to allow us to do this. We had him cremated and had a lovely casket and a lovely card and even a print of his paw which we was not expecting and were very happy to see as we miss him very much. Thanks to all for making our awful time that much more bearable and an extra thanks to the vet lady for being so understanding and kind.

   Everyone at the vet is pleasant and professional. Although the cost of vets (all vets) isn’t the cheapest, Vets4Pets are more reasonably priced than most and upfront with their costs. I’ve always been served quickly and on my appointment time. The vets there were also fab and dealt with the dental issue for my pet cat. Thank you!

   As always reception did their best to get us an appointment. When we attended the reception were kind and courteous. The vet was friendly very kind to our dog and interested. The treatment was good and the price satisfactory.

   Chris the Vet was fantastic as we had to say goodbye to Rufus my sisters cat Of 19 years... He was so reassuring... Gentle and thoughtful to the very very end ... The Receptionists were loving too... Thank you so much.. RIP Rufus xx
