   The reason for my one star is as from today when I explain the situation regardless my cat was vomiting and I mean she was literally vomiting and it was an emergency and she was registered to this place I don’t think they did care in fact apparently they were really really busy. I explained and reported it to one of the call handlers which I am now going to un register my cat from there I do not Recommend anyone to go to this vet because they don’t really care and sometimes I don’t know what they are saying and doing Regardless, my cats healthy issues and other things I give this a zero if it was to be and I would like to report a formal complaint regardless this whole situation I had to bring her to another vet for further investigation in the enquiries

   Whilst dog sitting our daughter’s dog she badly hurt her Dew Claw. We’ve never been in a vets before, Evy was extremely stressed , every member of staff she met was absolutely fantastic. She’s going back to- morrow for treatment . We came away with pain killers etc and as you can see managed to put the cone on her. We cannot thank everyone enough for their dedication, patience and kindness. (Although it was 1:0 to Evy her first experience was very positive) We feel to - morrow Evy will be in good hands.    Unfortunately after many years with these the overall customer service isn’t as it was pre pandemic. After 4 requests to move our dogs history to our new vets practice it seems we were correct as still waiting.

   A really good independent vet. The staff are very friendly and really good with the animals. We got in with our cat in for an emergency appointment. Late Friday afternoon on a bank holiday weekend. They really do go the extra mile to look after you pets.

   We have only used Pennine vets, at Tottington, over the last couple of weeks, for our cats, but We’ve been very impressed with the service we have received. Our cats have needed routine check ups and emergency treatment for one of them, during this short period, and can’t fault the professionalism, care, understanding and efficiency of all the staff, including the receptionists, nurses and the Vets. I don’t tend to leave reviews often, but when it’s deserved, I feel it’s right that you tell others of your experience. In short, we highly recommend Pennine Vets, due to the very positive experience we’ve had with them recently.
