   Visiting the north west for Christmas when our dog decided to rip a wart off his paw. Popped into Hollybank saturday afternoon and they were able to book in for a look on Sunday morning. Incredibly friendly, helpful staff. Couldn't recommend more!

   We've always had satisfactory dealings with Hollybank. We took our dog this morning. Helen's advice was to monitor his condition regularly to check whether the problem changed in anyway. She didn't try to push unnecessary medication on us. I'd like to add that the receptionists at Hollybank are always so welcoming and friendly. Thank you

   Took our cat there for the first time in November 2022 because she had been pulling fur out from her rear end. It is the first time that I have been to a vets on an initial visit and didn't even get chance to speak to the vet, only the veterinary assistant. They couldn't say what was wrong but that they could do some tests (lord knows how much they would have cost). I decided to give it some more time without the tests and see how she got on. It turned out to be an abscess on the base of her tail - cured with salt water. The vet experience cost me over £100, the salt water a few pence. Not overly impressed.
