“I'm reviewing for a 2nd time. We took blanche into animal trust because our previous vet found a growth on her ovary that required urgent surgery. The original vet quoted an outrageous sum for the surgery whereas animal trust were much more affordable. During the surgrey they've found an enormous tumour which the first vet missed. The options were thoughtfully and honestly talked through with me by the wonderful vet Brandon. We decided to attempt removal there and then, clear in the knowledge that had her cancer spread they wouldn't be able to help her. After a nail biting hour wait, I received the call I was hoping for - Blanches tumour has been removed and they've saved her life. The after care and follow up calls have been absolutely outstanding and we've felt so reassured by the care given to Blanche by this vet. This will now be her forever vet and we look forward to continuing to use their services. I really can't thank Kirsty, Brandon and the rest of the team enough! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for saving Blanche's life we'll be forever greatful to you all ♥️”

We love them. They wash and wear really well and the quality is excellent. We love the colourful designs and the more neutral ones too. “Highly recommend these kennels. I have an elderly pug and a young boxer who both enjoy their stay here. I like that they are let out to play with other dogs at least twice a day which I feel is important to the dogs mental health. They are always happy when dropped off and when they are collected. Paula and her staff are friendly and helpful.”

“Took my dogs to be vaccinated at Grappenhall Veterinary Centre. Greeted by lovely pleasant staff on reception, the surgery smelt lovely when I walked in and was so clean and tidy. Alexa the vet was amazing in the consult and put my mind at rest- we think one of my dogs has a little heart issue and she reassured me on how to treat her going forward. “What an amazing Vets. We were so pleased with the care and treatment our dog Ben received. He is an extremely anxious terrier when it comes to vets, but everyone made Ben feel so welcomed and calmer and he was amazing. He was treated with the utmost care and compassion as if he was their own pet. Every pet that came in was made to feel special. Amazing people. “I can’t recommend Phil enough. He’s been walking our dog Winnie for several years now, and our beloved Treacle before that. Winnie is always up at the window in the morning waiting for her bestie, or uncle Phil as he is affectionately known in our household. When he’s here she’ll bark then go zooming out to him, helping herself into his car most times, tail going like the clappers. She always has the most fun and although she loves dunking and getting into anything gross and dirty, Phil makes sure she comes back to us in a reasonable state!”
