   You have introduced the touch screens and taken away the opportunity for older people to use cash and order at a counter. That is discrimination against the elderly who are not comfortable just having a go. Am elderly gentleman got turned away. All he wanted was breakfast for him and his grandson. He left. I guess McDonald's will have your business instead of the cafe.

   Every little helps well Strawberry Mellon and Kiwi. The Kiwi well I think they meant the flightless bird as it appears to have walked off. Strawberry and Mellon Kiwi coming soon it should say.

   Great place to get some exercise. Shopping will take you 30 minutws longer than you think as you wander around aimlessly trying to find what your after. Spoiler alert... Location of a few items you maybe looking for. Butter - DO NOT go down the dairy aisle, its not there. Its in the poultry aisle. Kidney Beans... Beans aisle, nope. Tinned food aisle, nope. Its down the oil/vinegar aisle. Frustrating is an understatement.

   Went in this store early this morning to do final Christmas Shop I have always had good things to say about this store but not today, staff filling shelves up while u was walking round and puffing and blowing if u got in there way not nice when Ur trying to do a shop . Was looking for some party food which all was dated 22 nd or 23rd not good for boxing day walked out with half the shopping that I wanted waste of time

   The queues are 10 minutes long at the human tills. Self service is OK if you're buying 2 to 3 items, not for a shop. This makes for a very poor end to the shopping experience, but adds a few pounds profit for tesco.

   Another superstore very closer to Wigan. I will also say that it's very neat and clean. Also the filling station is closer to the store. No traffic and easy access.

   Visited on 2/8/22 at 5pm. Half of the manned tills have been ripped out and replaced with self service trolley tills.. only one manned till open with a big queue and only 2 of the 5 self service tills working. Self scan tills are painfully slow..even the supervising member of staff commented, and the final insult is when asked if you want a receipt.. it prints and falls on the floor. Bring back the manned tills.. or provide a uniform and a salary!!
