   I was able to buy everything quickly. I use scan and shop. It was easy to get through the scan and shop checkout. I use scan and shop because of a physical disability. It reduces the amount of lifting and being able to go through the check out quickly helps me pace.

   Car park on Sunday is an absolute disgrace to get out of. It's took me 50 mins to get out, by the time I get home some of my food is getting spoilt. Doesn't take a genius for the store manager to request the council leave the lights on exit on an additional 30 secs more each turn to alleviate the situation. If the council are useless to the request you need car park attendents managing the flow

Both were incredibly friendly, professional, and efficient, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. They took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I got the best possible service. It’s rare to come across such helpful and genuinely kind staff.    Just had a really bad experience here 03/08 11:30. Firstly, some fridges where down. Not anyone's fault. The sign said to ask a member of staff if you can't find what you need. First member of staff told me to find a member of the chilled team, as if I worked here. Luckily that was resolved by a great member of staff. Finally get to the bakery and bread section, can't find an item (i know where it should be). Ask a member of staff and was told oh its round there... where ive just looked. So goes round again to look. She come round with some items for that area, can see im looking and walks away. It is not on the shelf. Just help me, that is all im after. Shocking to say the least.

   Hardly anybody on the tills,,,(the staff who ARE on them are always friendly/helpfull)AND overworked.The price of almost ever item raises daily...the 1 "star is only for the shopfloor staff ie "tills"the shop itself deserves ZER0 stars.
