Used the click & collect service for the first time today arrived within my slot time to be told there's no order.... eventually after giving my details including order number 4 times they finally agreed to go and grab my order 30 mins later I received my items. Absolute joke of a service, also whilst my 30 min wait my 3 year old daughter needed the toilet. The men's toilets had no toilet roll in any of the 3 cubicles & the general state of the toilets favoured that of crackden disgusting. Overall first & last time using Asda click & collect back to Tesco for me.

Typical retail park store. Clean, well stocked. Enough till operating on this visit. Had everything i needed. Blue badge parking on site. Whole store accessible. Store provision of electric trollies.

My one star rating relates to the salespeople they have allowed to position themselves next to the cafe. After going through the checkout you must walk a gauntlet of irritation past 4 commission based salespeople who step into your path and recite their over-friendly scripts to get your bank details for a charity. These are not volunteers collecting cash for a charity but are salespeople paid by commission on the number of direct debits they can generate and they are very pushy. Next week the same people will be at a different location asking who supplies your electricity and gas. There is no alternative route out of the store and I'm sick of being pounced on and blocked in from leaving via the narrow exit corridor.

Lazy & heartless staff. We went into Asda today to do our shopping, we decided to change our daughter first, we ended up waiting for about 15 minutes because the baby changing was locked, we assumed someone was already inside due to another woman (Customer) saying she had already been waiting for 10 minutes earlier. My partner went over to a staff member to explain the baby changing door was locked and she had been waiting for 15 minutes and that she tried knocking and got no reply, she asked if the staff member could kindly check if anyone was inside, the staff member said "No, someone might be breastfeeding in there" my partner again explained she doesnt think there is anyone in there due to getting no reply from knocking, having waited 15 minutes and another customer waiting 10 minutes before us. Again the staff member said "No, if the door is locked it's because someone is inside using it" Again my partner explained no one is answering and it's been a long time, she even stated what if someone is inside and they have had a accident? Again the self service checkout woman refused. My 2 year old daughter at this point had peed herself so bad her nappy was soaked, her tights and dress, all because the woman was to lazy to even attempt to find out if anyone was inside. I decided to find out myself, I banged on the door really loud, shouted is anyone in there? I got no reply so I unlocked the door myself and opened it. Surprise, Suprise, the room was EMPTY! The staff in this ASDA are lazy and heartless, I can see why the reviews are so low. Disgusting, lazy and self entitled staff. We normally change our daughter and do our monthly shop after, this time we changed our daughter, walked out and used Tesco. We will be using TESCO from now on, at least they respect customers and are "Happy To Help" (May wanna change that motto on your staffs uniform!) DISGUSTING!

A very large Asda store with everything you might be looking for. They have the usual grocery section as well as a home and clothing area. You will also find a cafe here as well. This shop also has large clean toilets which are open to the public which is appreciated. There is plenty of dedicated free parking so you won't have any issues finding a space.

What wonderful staff at this store. I do not grocery shop at Asda (sorry), I was just picking something up that I had ordered online, the lady who helped me was awesome along with the guy on the front desk. I then decided to grab a few groceries whilst I was there and the staff I met were absolutely lovely, well done - should now rethink where I grocery shop in future.

I love Asda I find 99% of the staff friendly & helpful, though i do find the pharmacy staff Ignorant, the mature female assistant the most ignorant of all. I will not use the Pharmacy at Asda, prices are also high. The rest of Asda & staff are great & always willing to help.

If you value your time, don't come here. Despite cheap prices, this doesn't make up for the lack of customer service. I wanted a loaf of sourdough bread cut at 6.20pm, with nobody in the bakery, I asked a young man to grab someone. After waiting an additional 15 mins, I was told he could not cut the bread due to allergies and contamination. In frustration I asked why someone could have just told me this? He seem amused and smile at my anger for the situation. Never have this problem in Tesco.
