very polite staff, Big up David :) All thse reviws about the shop closing early are funny, yeah people close early sometime guys why are you all so but hurt about it hahaha, if no one has walked into the shop for 20-30 mins id close the shop 10 mins early to
I've been living around here for a few years now and usually the staff there are absolutely lovely. But for me to call the shop 5 minutes before 'close time' to say my boyfriend will be there in a minute since we live around the corner to be told 'no sorry we're closed now'. You're not even supposed to be closed yet I'm appalled just because someone couldn't stick to their shift end time.
Called at this shop yesterday to drop a return parcel to Amazon. The shop owner was rude and refused to take the parcel because in his eyes was too big or was he avoiding lifting anything off his counter - kicking myself for not asking for their T&C’s when the parcel I was returning wasn’t that big or heavy. He asked me to find another shop which I did after driving around and the Post Office accepted it in Coedpoeth without any issues.
Good selection of things to buy, prices are okay and staff have been nice :)

Incredibly unprofessional and hostile staff, who think it’s okay to swear and throw abuse at customers after they were the ones who made a mistake and were rude about it in the first place. Avoid this place like the plague, they are overpriced and have literally the worst customer service I have ever seen.
Fine, friendly staff. Shelves are stacked high with everything you could need. Pricing is about average for a Convenience Store.
