This place is beautiful! The views are amazing. The walk around the lake is 13 miles and took us 4 hours 20 mins. Itβs signed pretty well but some of the mile markers are missing which is a shame as they are really handy to make sure you are on track. Itβs a shame that some of the walk takes you onto the road but when we went it wasnβt busy so not many cars to avoid

Christmas event was good for the kids but solid rain put a damper on the evening. Getting down the lanes can be challenging if you don't like night driving.

Bewl Water Christmas 2025. We visited the Christmas event ongoing at Bewl Water. One can easily spend 2.5-3 hours here. It is all indoors, beautifully done, and the elves are very engaging. The individual quests are nice- but they are more suited for children under 5. They have cookie frosting, elf house, dancing activity, and Santa meet. There are a couple of coffee-cookie pit-stops, and a lunch area after- with 4-5 food stalls. The children get to pick a gift towards the end of the quest. Nicely done.

Bewl Water is a beautiful and peaceful place to spend the day. Itβs perfect for family picnics with kids as well as couples looking for a quiet outing. The lake views are stunning, the fresh air is refreshing, and thereβs plenty of space to relax or take a walk. A wonderful spot to unwind, enjoy nature, and create special memories together.

Very nice experience with good quality bikes. I got lost once or twice but it just made the adventure more rememberable. The bikes were very easy to work with and the gears changed with a click of a button. Very nice scenery 10/10 would recommend

A absolutely wonderful day out especially as the sun was shining. Friendly cafe over looking the water. You can do a 11 mile walk round or a shorter one, you can hire a bike , boat or canoe. Dog friendly. Highly recommend it for families or a couple to enjoy the silence. So much to see and hear.
