   Pricewise, no matter what sale offers there are on mattresses / frames etc, when you sit down and work them out they're likely to be extremely similar to the equivalent from a neighbouring store. If the choice had come down to customer service, we would have gone with Dave from the neighbouring store, however the TV bed we chose in Bensons had a couple of features that Dreams' range just did not have. The equivalent TV beds in Dreams looked as if there were styled for teenagers. It's very clear that the staff work on commission here, and I think we were a bit unfortunate that the person who approached us the second we got in the door was probably not the best for explaining tech features. In the end, we chose Bensons just because they had the product we wanted and because you offered a discount to a scheme I'm a member of. The two other stores we visited were more helpful and one even made us a cup of tea while discussing features! Our sales assistant was extremely attentive, but it might be better to let another colleague take over when the sale is for a tech product. Can't knock your enthusiasm, and obviously you earned your commission, but it was unfair to us that you didn't know what you were doing with TV bed features and tried to wing it. Thank you to Joe for helping with some extra information. Also, why were some of the TV beds not even connected up? No one is going to spend that amount of money without trying it out. Otherwise you might as well order online. The store is well stocked, prices are similar to other shops, most of the staff seemed very good. Always worth having a coffee and comparing prices before making the final choice.

   Joe at the Bromborough Croft park store was really welcoming, super friendly and helpful throughout. He patiently showed us different options that suit my requirement. Also, he shared the benefits of bed guard warrenty option which encouraged me to take it. He offered us a really good price and a convenient delivery plan at the end. I visited their competitor "Dreams" next door (Which was aweful and it seemed they didn't want to make a sale)and this visit reasuured the quality of Benson's service and products.

   Excellent service from Bensons For Beds from start to finish. The guys in the shop in Bromborough were brilliant and very informative. The guys who delivered the mattress were on time and again courteous and professional. In all a great experience in dealing with B for B’s. And, we love the mattress.

   We bought a bed from Bensen for Beds about three years ago. When we purchased it, we were told it came with a five-year warranty. Recently, the bed broke, and when we contacted the company about the warranty, they refused to repair or replace it, saying it’s “not covered.” This is unacceptable — the bed should not break after just three years, especially when it was advertised with a five-year warranty. The quality is disappointing, and the customer service is even worse. They do not stand behind their products or promises. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

   The bed we wanted was extortionately priced with no movement on price. We found a bed from the same manufacturer and in our opinion of exact quality in Furniture land for £500 less than Benson's. The Benson's manager also showed us some price cards which he claimed were for black Friday where it showed the bed we wanted as actually going up in price. This very poor sales ploy prompted us to look and buy from elsewhere.
