   We were so lucky to secure tickets to see Radiohead on two consecutive nights at the O2 in November 2025. The arena itself is outstanding and well organised however the acoustics were very poor. It may have been the arena itself or the fact that the show was "in the round". It also may have been Radioheads technical team or maybe a combination of all three. The sound seemed to improve as the shows progressed which would point towards the sound engineers. Anyhow, Radiohead were outstanding, as always, and delivered two stunning sets of outstanding and beautiful music. Absolutely the best live band in the world. The beat goes 'round and 'round....

   We saw Madness here and overall the venue was okay. The acoustics were good and the atmosphere was pretty good too. The price of food and drink is extortionate and there are not enough toilets, I queued for the mens for 20 or so minutes. The seats are very crammed together and not comfortable if you are a plus size person.

   Time for a critical honest review of the actual music venue.. The venue is large, and if anything too large. You cannot get a good atmosphere, as there is too much open space. Of course can come down to personal preference, but it's not the greatest venue. I've been to lots of gigs to see live music and can honestly say this is the worst venue that I've been too. I was sitting in entrance B, block 420 and seat 924. The view is okay, very far away and if you don't like heights, you'll sure to be put off or struggle with standing up. I've been in different positions, including standing at the front and if you do want some kind of atmosphere then you need to be on the ground floor 100%. If you're at the top or 2nd level, the atmosphere won't be the best unless you're with a group of people that will make it more enjoyable. This concert that I went to was Boyz ii men, Toni Braxton, Joe and Dru Hill. The performance from the artists was brilliant. One huge downside about the 02, is the travel system. People will leave around 30-45 minutes before the show finishes to get the tube in time, and at the end when the biggest act is on, the place is less than half empty and it kind of ruins the gig because so many people are leaving and walking around it takes your attention away from the performance. As a comparison, I went to the OVO Arena at Wembley, for the same gig the day before and it is so much better and more intimate. If you do go here for live music, make sure you're on the ground floor.

   This is a great place to see live music and events. It is huge and the entrances and exits are too so leaving the arena is just like leaving a west end theatre. You are out very quickly. Staff are friendly and helpful and there are plenty of them. Food and drink is available outside of the venue and is very reasonable. There is even a Wetherspoons. Inside it is outrageously priced but I guess that is what you expect. The sightlines are great from all seats but the uppermost seats are extremely steep. Don’t even consider them if you have slight vertigo. We went to see Radiohead and had a great time. The sound was ok. A little out of sync at the start and loud but not ear bleedingly so.

   We came for the Lady Gaga concert on October 2, 2025, and were pleasantly surprised. The crowd was huge, but security and entry were very efficient. The restaurants inside were great, and staff were super helpful. Last time I saw Gaga it was at a much bigger stadium, but honestly O2 was better — from the entrance, restaurants, and show to even the toilets, everything was smoother and nicer. I was here about 5–10 years ago, and the improvements are obvious. The new security scanners are especially convenient since you don’t need to take things out of your bag or pockets. Overall, the O2 Arena is an amazing venue. Highly recommend.

   Some really nice shops with a good collection at pretty good discounts! Food options aren’t really that great but this is a really nice place to spend a day when the sun is shining. The toilet facilities were not so clean and it gets real busy during evenings or right before the shows.

   This place is like the TARDIS it looks big from the outside but when you go in and walk around the shops to the back and knowing there is a big arena in there as well it feels like it's 10x bigger on the inside. I went through from the back of the 02 after doing the up at the 02 experience going over the roof and it was getting late so was really quiet there I would love to go back again and have a proper look around and see all the stuff I missed as I didn't have time to look around. This place is really impressive and worth a visit.

   It's a fantastic place where the biggest events and concerts take place. The atmosphere is amazing. There are many shops, restaurants and bars nearby where you can eat or drink a cup of coffee. The organization is flawless. The concert, was most exciting concert I've ever been.
