   Been to the Willenhall range and most of the items for sale are not priced up. Had a trolley full of items said I would like these but there's no priced scan all of them none of them had been priced up yet. I left the trolley there and left. I went to this range the next day hooray items for sale have prices so I brought the products from this range. The only problem is there's boxes everywhere which makes it hard to get to products.

   I went to the store to process a refund, and the lady who assisted me was wonderful. I waited with her at the register for about 20 minutes. She requested approval, and the manager came over but left after saying they needed to take out the trash. After that, nobody came back for the next 20 minutes. The management really isn't doing their job properly.

   Please take your own packaging materials for fragile items. Even B&M and Home Bargains wrap up ceramics and glass items. But it’s a ‘no’ from The Range at this store.

   The Range is a really nice place for all things Home. I have been here before many times too, and recently went to buy a gift for family. I wanted to get a decor piece but I didn't really have anything in mind. But they had such a variety of things and different prices too! Different types of lamps, chandeliers, artifical trees with led lights, frames mimicking resin art, and so much more with reasonable price options available. It was difficult to pick one thing due to all the options that were available. But definitely a good place to get Home and DIY related things.

   I don't like writing negative reviews but you did ask. This place was a mess. The price labels were missing on shelves. Christmas sale items in the 75%of area but they were full price at the till. One assistant helped with pricing but when shoppers knew he was working he was inundated with queries. Woman on till needed help. Not a good experience, it was like a jumble or closing down sale. I'm in no rush to go back tbh.

   Last minute Xmas decorations shop. Plenty of parking extensive choice of lights and decorations. Staff polite and helpful. Oh and they also sell everything you could want to decorate a home, would definitely recommend.

   I visited with family and my 5 year old wanted to use the toilet. Went inside the male toilets and it was stinking like a dead body. It was filthy and dirty. Shows the efficiency of management. Really poor.

   Visited on the other day. Found that that a store with different range of products. As they also stated that "The Range is now the fastest growing retailer in the UK. With over 200 stores nationwide, we stock more than 140,000 products across 16 different departments, from Homewares and Furniture to DIY and Art Supplies. Our ethos has always been to bring our customers great quality products at the most competitive prices, drawing together everything you need for a beautiful home." Found that a bit pricey once compared to other stores. might have some nice deals but generally speaking store is a bit pricey. It is worth to visit at least Not much crowded and providing variety of products. No need to be member, open to public, big parking area.

   The range is almost become an alternative to the old Tandy”s for some electrical items, arrived an hour before closing time on Saturday evening bit disappointed to see there was limited people on the tills even though there is quite an extensive queue. Lady serving very pleasant and again apologetic for the delay you could see she’s was under pressure 5 stars for her.
