   A certified location site having 5 hard standing serviced pitches and a clean shower and toilet block. Absolutely fabulous views over the river mersey and into wales. The farm also has lovely highland cows in the next field. A great place to watch new year fireworks. Will definitely return.

   I enjoyed my stay here although it was only one night. The views are stunning, it's quiet, only 5 pitches so none of the usual big campsite mayhem. Water and electric on pitch plus clean showers / bathroom. My only feedback for the management would be to have an automatic light for the bathroom, as when you walk in, the door slams closed behind you and it's difficult to find the light switch in the dark. There are no windows, so this can happen at any time of the day! Will definitely come back next time I am in the area.

   Great overnight stay on the way to Scotland. Well maintained site with water at each pitch. Super views. Lovely animals, Highland cattle, sheep and two friendly Shetlands. Watched the skines of geese flying over here.

   Nice quiet site, only 5 pitches. All pitches quite flat. Electric hook up available, waste facilities. Lovely clean toilets and shower facilities. Nice views over Ellesmer port. Only downside was no on site dog walks available (as advertised) so had to walk them down a fast busy country road - really not safe - especially for children.

   The Lookout is a brilliant full service site. The views over the Mersey valley to Snowdonia are magnificent and we saw some spectacular sunsets from our pitch. It is true to say that the roads up to the site are not ideal if you have a madium to large sized caravan but if you take your time, It is not a big problem. We don'y usuall use "The facilities" on site but I did look in on them and they were fine. What I really liked was the hands-off management style of the owners. Pauline is on the end of the phone, but we didn't see her. I hate the clip board bearing owners who want to boss you about which is why I am not keen on club owned sites. It was a real pleasure to stay at the Lookout and we have decided to return around nest Easter.

   A fantastic Certificated Site, well laid out, maintained to a high standard with excellent services and facilities. Great for motorhomes with a central service point but also water on each of the 5 pitches. 2 showers and toilets. The views are wonderful. We will return!
