   Last week they have charge me in fuel station Shell twice . I really tried to find why they have charge my bill twice . No one answer passing me to shell and shell telling me we only supply them not control . Now I have to spend £100 and drive 200m back to station and show my receipt then they will decide where should I contact . Very funny costumer service advised. Feel like someone stolen my money .

   Horrible services only use if desperate. Hgv Park has lots of caravans and tons of litter everywhere. Absolutely disgusting

   Both of the 2 Asian guys working at the Starbucks franchise were incredibly rude to several customers and didn't make the drinks correctly. Starbucks should remove this franchise to protect their name.

   Disgusting! I have to come here on a weekly basis for work and every time I have been its been dirty. For the most part the toilets in the main service area is clean but the toilets at the petrol station is ALWAYS DISGUSTING.

   Thank you Welcome Break for taking over the fuel station & most importantly continuing to sell LPG for motorists. After spending 3.5 hours in central London on one delivery with nowhere to stop, park, eat or pee your fuel station was indeed most welcome. Hot snacks, toilets & fuels including LPG all available. I needed a rest before tackling my 2 hour journey home. I will definitely be calling again probably before I go into town as well as again on the way out. To all you moaners "its a service area NOT a 5 star hotel complex" - get a life

   Terrible. We drove through the services twice in one day, first time we were lost so just using the slip road to cross the road and head back in the right direction, second time we pulled into the sevices petrol station to buy a drink on our way out of London after seeing friends, we were there less than 10 minutes. Only to recieve a parking ticket by post saying we parked there for over 9 hours, which we never did. I wouldn’t even recommend pulling onto the road of the services in case you end up getting a ticket like we did, drive further to turn around or find an alternate services.

   Had to pay £200 parking fine for overstaying few min at night. It's not worth stoping there. Rubbish food and unscrupulous 'Land Owners'. There are some other good food locations: on M40 J3 services. Good food and you can stay as long as you want. Not chasing people in courts
