Everything seemed to be OK and I decided to extend the stay, but wasn't sure for how long. The manager said I could book for a longer period and would be refunded for days not used. Booked for another week, checked out after two days. They are now refusing to pay.

I have had the best experience with travel lodge at caterham! A big shout out to Micheal who went the extra making sure my room was booked for the right time. I ended up staying at hotel from Saturday to Monday knowing that I would well looked after. The room is lovely! Will definitely come again. Will also let my friends know to book this place next time they visit caterham!

As a place to sleep for a night, it's perfectly fine - clean and comfortable. That's where it ends. It's not that close to anything and offers little itself. The food & drink options are extremely limited and limited further on my visit by a swathe of menu options being unavailable along with an absence of red wine by the glass. Food service was clueless and inadequate. My starter of olives and a completely dry flatbread came out at the same time as my overheated (reheated) suasage & mash. I saw a table of four receive their plates, which should have come together, arrive disparately. I guess the microwave/oven couldn't cope. Sadly no restaurants open or close enough to walk to (and it was dark, cold & wet outside). 30 minutes free Internet in.this day & age? Pathetic! Just as well there's good 5g mobile signal.

Has been totally refurbed, looks good. Parking easy, plus dis parking is free. 1-2 mls from the motorway so very handy. Bus and whyteleafe rail station 3 mins walk. A must visit is the Radius Arms 5mins bus ride away, plus, the exceptional Royal Tandoori, next to Radius.

The cleanest travelodge I’ve ever seen. Rooms and service areas spotless, attentive staff, close connections to London Bridge, Heathrow and Gatwick. The only small issue I have was I prefer stronger water pressure in the shower and a way to turn on the bathroom extraction. 5/5 well done to staff.

The room was ok but no shower gel and hardly any liquid soap in the dispensers. The breakfast was not a good experience: The fruit was tasteless, the cooked breakfast ingredients were running out half way through the breakfast period as my group were there by 9 a.m and it didn't finish until 11 am. The mushrooms were dried out and the staff found it amusing that they had no more to offer us. Also nowhere to put our dirty crockery and cutlery. Very poorly run hotel.

Clean, simple and affordable. We only had a room so couldn’t comment on the food. The staff we spoke with were very accommodating and helpful

Good value, friendly staff who are doing their best but there's a few issues. Door card system is broken, most of our group needed new cards daily and one completely locked out. I'd pre-paid WiFi but it was down with no refund offered. Resident drunk in the morning at breakfast was disgusting. Just a general run down place.

Nice little Travelodge. Parking is a little tricky if in a larger vehicle but there is a secondary car park. Lovely little buffet area for breakfast. A short walk to a wide range of shops and takeaways. A good quiet night's sleep considering it being close to a main road
