   Extremely disappointed with this agency. They placed a tenant in my property and serious issues later came to light that should have been identified with proper checks. This resulted in major financial loss and years of stress. It felt like they prioritised filling the property rather than protecting me as a landlord. When I finally regained the property after a lengthy legal process, I discovered letters showing the tenant had significant debt issues long before moving in, something I believe should have been picked up during the vetting process. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to avoid. Edit in response to the company’s reply: This review is genuine and relates to Raine and Co Potters Bar. I was a landlord client. There is no purpose in contacting me now, as the financial loss has already occurred and the rent arrears cannot be recovered. My intention is solely to make others aware based on my experience.

   They shared my details with Urban Billing, who chased me for service bills for a property I was no longer at. Threatened me with bailiffs, do not trust! My apologies I have b en informed that they were not responsible for sharing my details with Urban Billing.

   Absolutely outstanding service! The whole team are very friendly, professional and genuinely care to give you the very best service as possible. Without a shadow of a doubt the guys in the Potters Bar branch were easily the best estate agents I have ever experienced and that is quite a lot. I had a lot of personal challenges to overcome, including a complicated divorce and even had to pull out of a good offer because of this. They were completely understanding, patient and soon found another more than perfect offer for me and the sale went through smoothly thanks to Theo who more than went the extra mile to overcome a last minute hitch from the solicitors which ensured the sale went through in time as I was close to losing the buyer and not having another fabulous offer like I did, thank you so much Theo! And all this service I received we had the stress and restrictions of the pandemic, AMAZING!!!!!!! Would recommend this great team with my hand on my heart, thank you again and wish you all the success you deserve for your top draw service.

   We used Raine as sole agents for the sale of our property in Potters Bar. From the start they were friendly and professional and I felt that they were always there to help. The sale was protracted through no fault of Raine, but the office communicated quickly and kept me positive but realistic.
