   My family stayed at Madison Hill (7 Byrne Road, London, SW12 9HZ) for 5 nights in December 2025. It was a great experience! We love its location, which is close to the tube station as well as local restaurants, supermarkets etc. The host Julie was very friendly, responsive, and efficient in answering questions. We felt well cared for even before arrival! I'd recommend this place to anyone esp. families!

   Fantastic experience. I was looking for a base for an extended business trip to London but wasn't sure quite what I might need. Madison Hill proved excellent on all fronts. The apartment was very comfortable, well-provisioned, very quiet, very clean, and well located. I was exceptionally well attended to by Julie and her staff, who were always on hand. Immensely grateful for such a nice stay in London.

   I stayed here for almost three months whilst I was having work done to my own home. The flat was excellent. Comfy bed, good kitchen, and a large sofa and tv made it a very pleasant experience. I work from home a lot too and there was ample space to set up a screen, laptop etc without any fuss. Lots of storage meant I could unpack everything without having to live out of a suitcase, plus everything I needed for cooking/washing etc was already there which made my life so much easier. On top of that, the location is superb, right by the station, shops, and cafes. Would highly recommend staying here to anyone looking for a top quality flat in the Clapham/Balham area. Julie herself was wonderful too throughout!

   We had a lovely stay at Madison Hill, White House 4! The flat was in such a great location, 2 minutes walk from Clapham South tube and the Northern line to take you to central London in minutes. The flat itself was clean, comfortable and really well equipped. The full size fridge, oven and dishwasher made home cooking really easy and the balcony was a really great extra area to have. The communication was really clear and the little extras, like electrical adapters and tea, coffee and milk were a thoughtful touch. We would definitely stay here again!

   Stayed here as we know the area well and we love Balham, it’s perfect for exploring London via the tube as it only takes 5-10 minutes. The property is only two mins walk to the tube/train as well as the lovely shops/restaurants/bars/restaurants in Balham. The close proximity was a huge benefit after a day shopping in London. The host communicated well to any queries and was very friendly. The property was amazing. Clean, well decorated and furnished to a high standard and had absolutely everything you would need including all the extra personal touches, such as washing tablets, toiletries, tea and coffee. A home from home that we will definitely return to next time we are visiting London. Thank you.

   Fantastic properties, beautifully furnished, incredibly responsive and professional. We arrived to a warm welcome, delightful flat and all the small touches (literally everything you could possibly need for a long stay!) we moved in for 4 months after being re-homed after a flood.
