   I had an extremely negative experience with Tower Estates during a crisis situation. I was a lodger in a property they managed, and when serious conflicts with one of the lead tenants escalated to physical assault (reported to police), Tower Estates failed completely in their duty of care. My flatmate and I visited their office to report exploitation and safety concerns. They listened but took no action. We specifically asked them NOT to contact the problematic tenant to avoid escalation, but they contacted her anyway, putting us in more danger. After the assault, I sent multiple emails informing them of police involvement and requesting urgent help - all were ignored. Another tenant desperately needed to be released from her contract due to safety concerns, but they refused and ignored her calls. She was only released after bypassing them entirely and contacting the landlord directly. Regarding my deposit: it was wrongfully withheld with no itemisation. I have photos showing the room's condition. I had renovated the room at my own expense, but wasn't able to complete minor finishing work (filling some holes for painting) because I had to flee due to the violence. Despite this, I was charged for lock changes even though I returned my key, and no inventory was provided at move-in to compare against. When I challenged the deductions, they said it was "nothing to do with them" because I was a lodger. To add insult to injury, after I left, the lead tenant increased the rent for that room and profited off the renovations I had paid for and spent weeks doing - Tower Estates showed no concern about this exploitative arrangement. Additionally, the property had serious damp and mould issues that posed health and safety concerns, which they refused to address. When we initially visited the office, staff responded negatively to the idea of repair requests before we could even raise our concerns, showing clear reluctance to fulfil basic property maintenance responsibilities. We were dismissed, laughed at, and not taken seriously during a violent crisis. They managed the property and collected rent but refused all accountability when it mattered. I strongly advise both tenants and landlords to avoid Tower Estates - they neglect properties, ignore health hazards, and abandon people in dangerous situations.

   My portfolio used to be spread accross three agents but I have recently entrusted Tower Estates to manage all of my properties. I have always been pleased with their clear communication, prompt payment and proactivity in which they manage and maintain my assets. I have had trouble with other agents in the past but Tower Estates really have taken away the stress that comes with being a landlord. I am really happy with the service I receive and would highly recommend.

   I have been using tower estates for the last two years and will continue to use them for the foreseeable future as they have been great and deal with all my property issues promptly. Although I had a very bad tenant they made sure to resolve all issues prior to bringing it to my attention and avoided me having to have unnecessary stress and I can honestly say that I am very happy that they manage my property and will continue to add to my portfolio through tower estates. I have all my messages replied to within one hour and I couldn't ask for a better service. Highly recommend them.
