   Went here last week just to pick a coat for my granddaughter after leaving her another coat at the play centre went back after of couple hours went missing!! Not many girls coat in, but she did find one she liked frozen was a coat there she was happy with that's one, she got a nice and warm for school now.

   Excellent staff on the tills on Saturday the 17th December 2022. Very friendly and polite.. I was listening to them both whilst looking around the store and they were so lovely to everyone. Thank you this sort of service makes a massive difference.

   On wishing to change size of some unopened underwear double packs received as present, shop was unhelpful and not willing to offer any goodwill. Manager was initially difficult and not willing to budge from policy. Having spent upwards of £500 since it opened, I will not be returning to store. Poor experience.

   Having visited many Sports Direct stores in the past I was pretty suprised to find an almost shocking lack of customer service at the Chorley store. There was barely any staff to help when I wanted to try some boots on. When I did manage to get someone to help they didn't seem that interested and I almost felt like I was asking them to go out of their way. The shop wasn't even that busy at the time. I try not to write bad reviews for places, but having spoke to friends and family about this store and finding they've had similar issues I felt compelled to on this occasion.

   As a person with sensory issues I struggle with finding antibac that doesn't leave my hands feeling gross or leaving it with a weird scent, I have always carried antibac with me since I was 14 (now 24) and during coronavirus the one I usually get sold out and I was really struggling, call me dramatic (because that I am) I hate change and was reluctant to try this however my mother let me try some of hers and I was so pleased as it didn't have a strong smell and dried so quick! I hope they continue selling it forever and that it's not a one time thing as I am almost out! I will be going back for more today!

   Took me a while to get a staff member to look for the shoe size I needed, then when that shoe didn't fit, he had to go help another customer. Couldn't get any more help. Clearly not enough staff for the size of store, they were all super busy. I left empty handed. Would have given 1 star if it wasn't for the friendly staff who were trying their best.
