customer service in there is a disgrace, member of staff was more interested in bouncing a baby around in his arms and moaning to customers. Maybe he should go and work in a nursery instead.
Purchased some trainers today from Sports direct in Southport, and Staff member Mikey was very helpful, would definitely buy from here again
I had the worst shopping experience in my life as a customer. The worst management and staff. They have no manners and affinity to run a business. Customers are just pound signs, not humans. I advise the head of Customer Service Management to look into the abuse customers receive in the store. Never visit the store or buy from Sports Direct again. I spent over £200 in this economy, and the treatment I received was unbelievable when I wanted to exchange. The management is like talking to the wall, with no manners, communication abilities, or management style. Very, very disappointed.
Cavernous place with a huge variety of trainers and workout clothing. I went in for the first time yesterday and was initially put-off that I couldn’t find anyone to help me. But then I found an assistant, Aiden, who couldn’t have been nicer, more patient or more helpful. He helped me find the perfect pair of trainers and carried them to checkout for me. From now on, I will go no where else for trainers and gym stuff. A++++

This company need to be investigated.. they ticket things up at a cheaper price and when you get to the till tell you a higher price. When I challenged this I was told that they had gone back up to the higher price .. They where not going to sell me them at the ticketed price so I didn't buy them. When I got home I looked on there Web site and the same trainers where advertised at the cheaper price.. this can not be right. They are robbing people I am discussed.. you should be ashamed of yourselves. Shopping should be a pleasure activity and you are a disgraceful company.
What a lot of shoes! We went looking for a pair of trainers (each) to replace our worn out set and ended up being frustrated by the enormous range. Great prices and discounts plus everything else a sporting or frankly, non sporting person could need. While the staff were all pleasant, all of them seemed distracted and not focused on a total experience for the customer. It was my first experience of this huge chain and now wonder if that is the operating method.
