   I collect retro consoles and put my the spectrum in on buy back. It was in immaculate condition the box and everything. I left it there in a bag of my own and asked if they look after stuff as it was new. I went back today and got it back out and, as well as the bag i left it in someone had wrapped the console in a chinese takeaway bag. My brand new box has gone all soggy the smell of chinese food hasnt stuck to the box but its all soggy and ruined. I am furious. I will never use bootle cash generator for a buyback again. Lousy and completely inconsiderate

   Called in to the Lidl today picked up some lovely fresh flowers up and some crispy bread rolls up there freshly baked in the store and the jam doughnuts are fantastic

   Went to cash generator today and although my bike was due out ten or 12 days before the lock down and I thought it was going to cost me a couple of quid more they only made me pay a extra tenner,so very happy with that.    We put a deposit on 2 items. We no longer needed the second item and wanted the deposit to be moved onto the first item. This has been done for my partner many times in the past or a voucher has been offered. Instead they forfeited it and kept our nearly £30. They "assumed "we wanted to completely forfeit the agreement. Disgraceful.

   What a waste of time. Bought a laptop from here, 5 times I had to return the laptop and still not working correctly. Staff unhelpful, all they want is your money. If you want to waste money this is the place to go. The warranty they give is not worth using has toilet paper. Yes Bootle Strand Store is useless.

   Do not shop here.... EVER!! I bought an Xbox 360 and 3 days later its completely dead. Doesn't work, fan wont spin, isn't connecting to TV, nothing. I didn't brake it either, the first day i got it, it crashed a good few times, so it was faulty when I bought it.
