Sarah was so very helpful and professional. In fact, as I was shopping for my grandchildren, I hardly knew what I was looking for! She saw that I was struggling and came straight to my rescue. I even phoned my daughter (in Inverness) to make certain the items were what she'd asked for. Sarah spoke to her on Facetime and confirmed everything was just right. A FAB-U-LOUS shopping experience. Plenty to see, service i had was good, toys that were out to get a feel with was good, just didnt pick the right time to take my son when he is in a faze of wanting to play with everything. Woman with glasses on the baby seat section, curious to why your watching videos in x2 or x3 otherwise yeh not to bad of a visit
Massive selection of toys, games and collectibles. Plenty of parking. Massive lego section, bike section, baby section etc. Big store with tons of stock of most popular and trending toys as well as the classics. Electronic gaming section there too with a big variety of games and consoles.
I went into the Speke retail store yesterday to buy some Disney cars for my grandson. A young gentleman helped me to choose them. He was so knowledgable and helpful. What a fantastic member of staff.
Cannot thank the staff in edge lane enough. We were struggling to put together a bike for our sons Christmas present so decided to take it down to the shop today. They put the bike together for us no issue at all it took a lot of stress off our shoulders and now we are ready for Christmas Day. I don’t normally write reviews but wanted to say a huge thank you x
Everytime I'm in there I feel like the staff hate me, ik I'm not a kid but I don't see the need to talk to me like ive done something wrong, I don't think I seen one smile and they only say thank you after I do. I get a far better experience buying toys from any supermarket or shop that sells toys I'd expect the one shop selling to mostly children to also treat adults with respect.
Great access & parking at Edge lane retail park. Traditional toy store what has catalogues what the kids love to pick their gifts ! Shop has a direct phone line for stock checking or customer service ….. Superb staff
I bought a game which turned out to be faulty. Returned to the shop the next day and the manager was very rude. Handed me the game and said go and complain online. Very discriminatory behaviour. I think its my fault buying a game from here as they don’t specialise in games. Won’t return to smyths toys for anything. Will be happy to see this store shutting in future.
