   I visited the Decathlon store in Liverpool this morning looking for winter underlayers so I can continue running with my clients ahead of an upcoming event. Sasa was absolutely outstanding in helping me find exactly what I needed. Their knowledge of the clothing range and the technical aspects behind it, including breathability, freedom of movement, fabric blends, and overall performance was genuinely impressive. Sasa took the time to understand my goals, how I train, and what I needed from the garments, then advised me on the most suitable options specifically for running in colder conditions. The guidance around fit, material choice, and technical performance made a huge difference, and I left feeling confident I’d chosen the right gear for both comfort and performance. I would highly recommend visiting this store if you’re looking for sports clothing and want knowledgeable, honest advice. Thanks again to Sasa for such a great experience.

   Decathlon Liverpool. Excellent experience with Pearse - he was incredibly helpful, spent time with us on 3 occasions making sure our order was exactly what we wanted. Very friendly and professional , nothing was too much trouble for him. He remembered us from our earlier visit and understood our queries. Really excellent customer service - 100% recommend

   Never been in until saturday 22nd November 2025! Decided to go in and treat myself to a decent pair of walking/hiking shoes to last my longer. Was confused at first but then we spoke to a lovely staff member (I think his name was Pearce), he directed us to the location, advised us on some good pairs (including his personal opinion which I prefer!). I decided to buy the pair he recommended for 69.99 Quality has been great so far! Staff are lovely, I highly recommend popping in.

   I visited Decathlon yesterday and was genuinely blown away by the service provided by a staff member called Shasha. He didn’t just answer my question – he went above and beyond in every possible way. He was incredibly friendly, genuinely kind, and you could tell he truly cared. He listened carefully, took his time, and actively looked for solutions instead of giving generic answers. His attitude, patience and willingness to help were honestly exceptional. Shasha’s customer service is on another level. People like him make a huge difference in a shopping experience. He absolutely deserves recognition.

   I needed my bike fixed and had to take it to the shop several times before the issue was properly identified, which was unfortunate. Having said that, each time I went the mechanic and the other members of the team I dealt with were very polite and accommodating and they eventually made my bike as good as new. I recommend this place if you need your bike fixed.

   Very well stock, organised and clean. The fitting room is clean and there’s lots of space to change comfortably. The staff is great, always helpful and polite. Shout out to the Spanish girl on customer service (dark long hair, speaks Catalan) who was super polite and nice when I needed help.

   Super helpful staff who know their stuff, we got a folding bike but they only had one so called another shop to put it aside for me so I could come and pick it up. They gave it a test run and a service before I left the store which I really appreciated.
