Great new shop on church street staff our great was helped by a young man called Ben absolutely fantastic at his job I was getting boots for my son he was so helpful and he new his stuff would definitely come back again

I recently visited the Direct Sport store and purchased clothing worth approximately £400. Unfortunately, I am very dissatisfied with the overall level of customer service and the behavior of the staff. The conduct of some employees was highly unprofessional and, at times, rude. In particular, the security personnel behaved inappropriately – they were disrespectful, raised their voices, and treated customers as if they were insignificant. This type of behavior is completely unacceptable. Customer service from the store staff was also inadequate. Employees were neither helpful nor attentive, and the waiting time to receive assistance or to get the correct shoe size was excessively long. I believe both the store staff and security personnel should undergo training focused on professional behavior, customer communication, and basic courtesy. Such conduct significantly damages the reputation of your brand and discourages customers from returning. I expect that this matter will be addressed and that steps will be taken to improve the quality of service.
It appears that Google have merged the listing for this shop with another shop that’s since closed down, hence the photos showing “Closing Down Sale” posters. This shop is very much not closed down and I believe opened quite recently for the first time. It’s a deceptively large shop with a huge amount of stock. The problem for me is that there seems to be a significant emphasis on “premium” brands over the cheaper items they used to be known for. I unexpectedly found myself staying overnight in Liverpool and as a consequence wanted a very cheap t-shirt for the following day. I didn’t want to fork out £30 for a “designer” one, ideally I wanted something under a fiver, so I ended up over the road in Primark instead.
It is wonderful, I liked the decorations of this superstore, it's completely different than the other Sports Direct and creative. There is ring for football to play (for instance). The football stuff were presented in professional way like in football field. Check the pictures and videos.
Bought a faulty item in the store and it turned out only after I returned to my country. No one is willing to help to solve this issue, or find a suitable solution, horrible customer center, only copy paste replies.
Best place to feel like a thief. They watch you from the moment you enter, until the end. Especially if you are a foreigner. today, after buying sneakers for my son, my son showed me a boot and the salesman almost grabbed his neck, thinking he was going to put it in his bag. I felt extremely humiliated. Racists and xenophobes. Never mor!
Sport Direct is a delightful place to shop for sports gear; from football to Jersey, sports briefs for male, female and children. They have bags including different brands of luggage. I got myself one tho a bit pricey but great quality. And not to forget their staff are courteous and helpful.
It is good but I heat the fact that related to the refund policy, generally good place for all your sport needs
