   Only ever been in here twice, both times I have found customer service to be none existent. This Morning I went in and saw an elderly lady being served by what I assumed was a pharmacy counter to her medication. Just this lady and my self in the shop at the time. I stood at the counter where the tills were for over 8 mins waiting to pay for my items, I looked around and by now there was about 7 people waiting by the pharmacy counter. I asked the young man serving if anyone would be coming out to serve me, to which he replied there is only one counter this one you need to queue here. So why didn't he inform me when he saw me standing there 8 mins earlier? I told him he was an idiot and walked out the shop without making a purchase and vowing never to go in there ever again.

   Never answer the phone, the lunch times for the pharmacy change, and there's no notice online (so we can plan the journey out). The place has a run down feel, and often the Pharmacy staff are talking in the back area, or on their phones, and you have to wait until they are ready. (When I say talking, I don't mean discussing prescriptions, deliveries, etc, I mean general banter). I work with pharmacies for a living, and the only reason I haven't changed to either online deliveries or another Boots, is because it's sadly very convenient a location. However, as people say, you vote with your purses, maybe it's time to move on.

   woman was rude to us in there today. went in and asked about a price, when we found out how ridiculously expensive it was and didn't buy it, she shot a dirty look at us and scoffed. wouldn't recommend going in here.

   The boots staff themselves are usually quite friendly and approachable. However today I went into the store to check the discounted items, the security guard followed me all the way till I paid for my item and left the store. He wasn't even subtle about it. I felt like I'd done something wrong when I didn't.

   Friendly Staff. There are a few issues with the store ( Not Staff) The mats at the entrance have a lip all the way around they are very awkward to get a wheelchair over and to a degree a trip hazard. The Isles are very narrow. The store desperately needs a refit and clean. I cannot believe this store has been allowed to become so rundown. If boots have the money to open new stores then do this one up its a dump

   Really great offers especially if you have got an advantage card. Staff are always very help. Especially if you a enquiring about suitable medication. The only reason for giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that it is quite cramped and not an awful lot of space for pushchairs or the disabled.
