Shocking customer service just received at your Longbridge store. I attended for my 9.40 flu jab appointment to be told that the pharmacist isn't working today. The staff were unable to rearrange the appointment and I have to wait to be contacted. Even worse, no apology from any of the staff who spoke to me, for the inconvenience and time that I've wasted today. The appointment was booked a few days ago online. Why wasnt I contacted beforehand. Absolutely shocking service and terrible attitude by the staff on the pharmacy counter.
Boots a lovely place to shop. Staff very friendly and helpful. Not at all stressful even at Xmas time when people last minute shopping
Good, the staff was very kind and willing to help me, just that I was also looking for anti dandruff shampoos, and the oly available was head and shoulders (not recommended) and a highly chemical one that may not be classified as a shampoo
Very friendly staff member offered to do my makeup for an event I was attending that day all I had to do is purchase 2 items she used excellent service. As I've never worn makeup so I really appreciate the extra mile she went to make me feel fabulous. Excellent range of products to suit all budgets and lots for Black skin also.
Dropped a bottle of cough linctus whilst waiting to be served. Made an right mess. 2 young lady shop assistants came to my rescue and cleaned it all up. They declined my offer of help and my offer to pay. Sorry,didn’t get your names,but your customer care was first class and you are a credit to your organisation. Many thanks again
