Took our 3 cats in today and was seen by the amazing Angie! She was great. So thorough, explained everything and dealt with our 3 very different behavioured cats. A great vets with the loveliest staff. Wouldn't take our fur babies anywhere else.

Really like these vets. I registered on Tuesday and got an appointment the same day. I used to be with manor vets and booking an appointment would usually mean a few days wait, and when I was lucky enough to get an appt I'd be waiting up to an hour after the appointment time! I got seen on time. Vet was very friendly and informative. Receptionists were lovely. There are separate waiting rooms for cats and dogs which is nice. Cheap in comparison to other vets. Hopefully won't need to see them soon but if I do I know the cats will be in good hands

Moved there from Vets4Pets and immediately felt like my cats are finally in the right hands! Vanessa is absolutely lovely, extremely informative and you can tell she loves what she does. The nurses are thorough and kind as well. Thank you all so much for taking care of Donald during his surgery today, he’s having a well deserved nap now :)

Absolutely vile receptionist , my mom registered my kitten yesterday for £45 , took her for a appointment due to her not being able to walk and having seizures , they took the cat in to get the bloods done without saying , also not mentioning that it was going to be £150 on top of the £45 already paid. When receiving the kitten back and going to pay , they said it would be £195 after only being told £45 , so my mom questioned the price to what the receptionist replied ‘well you shouldn’t have a cat if you can’t afford it’. Which was not my moms fault due to to her being told it was only £45 . My mom had just found out our kitten needs to be put down and the receptionist made her feel so little that the was crying in the vets , which the receptionist carried on belittling my mom, blonde women with long hair and glasses , multiple of the customers in there at the time, supported my mom and helped her through the vile words the receptionist was saying , so blooding unprofessional it’s unbelievable . Honeslty never known anyone anyone to speak so unprofessionally whilest at work, honeslty fuming my mom was treated like that, from the reviews it seems it’s not the first time the receptionist has done this. Absolute disgrace

I visited for the first time today. It was clean, the staff on reception were polite and friendly. The vet was lovely and handled my dog well. I was happy with the treatment and future plan.

We are very happy with the care our dog has received over the years he has been attending for his yearly Vaccinations and have always been spoken to politely by all of the staff in the practice and on the phone. We had a diagnosis made last year by them of a condition (laryngeal paralysis) that would gradually deteriorate with time and it could affect Finns ability to maintain his own airway and an acute event could happen at any time. Finn was close to collapse on a walk due to his airway disease but on this occasion he managed to keep his airway patent but I rang the Vets first thing the next morning to express my concern. The receptionist recognised the importance of a prompt review&fitted Finn in that same day. He had a thorough examination&we were advised ultimately Finn needed surgery (off site )on his larynx as his condition had deteriorated but they would like do a blood test prior to a CXR before we made arrangements for surgery at the specialist centre. Unfortunately due to Finns characteristic excitable behaviour around new people he became overly excited at the appointment for his blood test and lead to his airway obstructing due to his laryngeal paralysis. This has been something we have been aware can happen at any time due to the nature of the disease and Finns airway had already temporarily closed off whilst on a walk. Because we hadn’t yet opted for surgery Finns airway was always at risk. Finn required urgent emergency care at the Vets and the treatment Finn received was faultless. The Vets&Nurses acted quickly to preserve Finns life. The team of Vets kept us informed of what was happening at all times they were kind and caring and were very empathetic. It was a distressing time as owners but the way the Team cared for us and Finn made it much less of a stressful experience. Rebecca was incredible and we could see how experienced and professional she is and has the very best interests of the animals in her care. Rebecca was calm and clear with the options we had and supported our decision making as owners. Rebecca saved Finns life by inserting an ET to maintain his airway and drove Finn under anaesthetic with 2 Nurses to The Willows for emergency surgery on his larynx. If Rebecca and the Team hadn’t have given this life saving treatment it is certain Finn would not be alive today. Post survey Finn has been back for check ups and the team have been friendly and welcoming, giving Finn fuss and have asked how his recovery was going on the phone. They are a passionate and lovely team and we are so grateful for everything they have done for Finn.

All started off well. I called up on the Tuesday to ask about the puppy starter pack and was advised how it works and what the cost covers. I mentioned that I think my puppy might have an ear infection and the advisor told me I would be able to call back when we’re paid and book the starter pack. I would have to pay additional charges for the medication if she needed them. I called again today to book my appointment I was told that I would have to pay a consultation fee on top of the £75 because she may not Be vaccinated. I explained I was advised we could bring her in and we could talk to the vet during the starter park about pups ears. The advisor placed me on hold and asked a Vet to come and speak to me, she was very rude and condescending and kept saying there was no way I had been advised this. I then said that’s ok thank you I’ll take my pup else where as I’ve been told different things. I suffer with anxiety so this made me wary as it’s not a good start. I was then called back a few moments after disconnecting the call to have the Vet imply I was a liar, that I had spoken to her best nurse so there is defiantly no way I would of been told this. I explained that that is fine that is how they want to be I would prefer to take my puppy else where. The vet continued to be Rude until the call ended I repeated several times I just wanted to take my business else where. It’s boarder line harassment to call a client back after being told we don’t want to do business with them anymore. When calling to say I wanted to make a complaint we was told there was no ombudsman we was told there is not one. If we wanted to raise a complaint we can email the head of service directly. I was already speaking with the head of Service and she kept repeating how I had misunderstood the situation. I feel it’s unprofessional to call clients back after terminating business and keeping complaints in your practice to make sure they can’t go any further is also wrong. They come across as a place that would like to charge what they want and how ever much they feel on the day.
