I have been very happy with the annual check up and treatments for my cat since moving to Manor Vets Northfield. There’s a payment plan which helps to spread the cost over the year. There’s a payment staff are genuinely interested in the individual personalities of the pets and taylor their approach accordingly.

You wait till I get onto the phone to you lot tomorrow morning, getting my dog cremated WITHOUT my permission, disposed of his ashes when I wanted them back ! DISGUSTING! Just to clarify to everyone… I did NOT sign anything, I did NOT make any payment other than payment to have him cremated and receive his ashes back, which they happily took my money, when he had already been cremated over a week ago !

We can’t thank Manor Vets enough for the care and compassion they showed towards our beloved cat, Jerry. From the moment we walked in, the whole team were kind, supportive, and understanding. They not only looked after Jerry with such professionalism, but also supported us as owners through a very difficult time. Receiving a sympathy card and forget-me-not seeds after his passing was such a touching and thoughtful gesture, and it meant so much to us. It shows just how much they truly care about the animals and families they look after. Thank you to everyone at Manor Vets for your kindness – it will never be forgotten. I've left you a funny photo of Jerry one that always makes us smile :)

I cannot recommend this vet clinic enough. The whole team is kind, professional and genuinely cares about the animals. They always take the time to explain everything clearly and make both me and my dog Lucy feel at ease. The care here is top quality and I always know my pet is in safe hands. So grateful to have found such a wonderful clinic!

Friendly welcoming staff who care for the animals. Frontage needs new door replacing and a larger waiting area would be better for multiple animals. No concerns though.

Can not fault them all the staff we seen today was amazing ,the lady on reception was so helpfull and gave us lots of good advice and the vet that seen our little Pippa was amazing with her and us .

My cat felt safe because she didn’t cry or tried to runaway there. Her surgery was also a success. Will recommend.

Took our cat to this place for an examination with urine problem. We are aware our cat can be aggressive with strangers but the Vet did not even attempt the examination by asking for us or the staffs help. Extremely unhappy with the cost vs the quality of service we received. We ended up with a 5mins conversion, a bottle of destress medicine and no examination for a whooping £77. Cost is not a problem but the quality of service does not justify the cost in this example. We will never come to this place again.

Informative when questioned about the process you query about, helpful and very well handling the pets during distressing time for them (pets). Everything well explained. Great with keeping you updated with reminders of appointments due...
