   Great vets and great staff, we had to take our beloved rat into this vets as an emergency and they got us in right away, we will always be greatful for that. The service was fantastic and the vet we seen was informative, professional and sympathetic with us. Unfortunately our little rat didn’t make it but the staff made our visit the best and as private as it could’ve been and we are greatful for this. 110% would recommend. Here’s a little photo of our rat Turk, we miss you big girl. ❤️

   This is my first time having a pet, and when I emailed to ask for information, the staff were very patient in answering my questions and even helped me register my information. After registering, I could bring my kitten to the clinic to get a microchip in 2 days. The nurse was very gentle and attentive, and it seemed like the kitten didn't feel any pain at all. I've only been in the UK for 6 months, so I was a bit nervous throughout the process, and my English isn't very good. However, both the customer service staff and the nurse who microchipped my kitten were very friendly. I highly recommend this pet clinic.

   Not long moved to the area and registered with this vet. There was a waiting list but I got a call not too long after joining it to register. Took my dog for his annual booster and had the best experience. He is a rescue dog and previous vets haven't helped his nervousness. They'd want to put his booster in his scruff and even take him away from me to hold him down and do so. I found a vet at the last practice who found a way to do it that worked for him. Marcus (the vet at this surgery) had taken the time to read his notes, acknowledged he was a nervous dog when we went in and went slow with him. Made him feel a big more relaxed before the jabs and took time explaining things to me. It was the least stressed my dog has been at the vets. He was just the loveliest of vet!!

   Lovely place, we have two registered and recently registered our stray. They have been lovely and the prices are reasonable. They've been so good with our little fur balls. Great advice as well when one of our darlings are a tub of treats and wouldn't eat for a few days. They were also amazing when our dog was hit by a car, she survived with one eye less, but she's still with us. Amazing team made her comfortable for her couple days stay. Highly recommend anyone looking to go here.

   Had to take are cat up last week and again today as he had not improved the vet was so nice and compassionate to me and my wife she said we can try some treatments but when my wife asked if it would help the vet was honest and said she didn't think it would so we had to say goodbye to the little fella

   Cara recently completed export work for my two cats. She really went the extra mile in helping to make the complicated process go smoothly and was super diligent to ensure we’d have no problems. I would recommend Hopwood Veterinary Centre to anybody. My only sadness is that, now we live abroad, we have to find a new vet!

   I would not take my dog anywhere else the staff here are amazing and the care and love they give to the animals is outstanding. My dog was very ill when a puppy and all the tests were done and the care was brilliant. I have trouble getting Tilly out of there when we go she loves all the staff so much. Thank you for everything
