   I collected my cat today after a weeks stay, she was happy and warm and well fed, her little room was clean and tidy. This is a great place and you can tell how much the staff love cats. Highly recommend 5 stars.

   Picked up our cat this morning. He is an older cat who needs medicine twice a day and and quickly loses condition. When we picked him up he looked content, well fed and very healthy. Thank you very much for taking such good care of him.

   AWFUL. Avoid at all costs! My cat came away seriously poorly & a massive vet bill. They didn’t feed my cat & confirmed that on the phone & said she wasn’t hungry. They didn’t change her litter. It was the same amount of litter very dirty in the tray when I arrived. She apologised & said she was going to change it 3 days later when we picked her up! Disgusting. My cat has percific dietary needs & was provided with correct food but ignored it & gave her something on day 1 their which made her very poorly & that was the reason to why she wasn’t hungry & then they just didn’t feed her for days after! Took her to vets she’s seriously poorly & needs surgery costing crazy money cos these are lazy vile people. I rang to discuss into more details how they thought that wasn’t neglect & they laughed down the phone & hung up. PleSe AVOID at all costs. My cat since being there has developed massive lumps also on her side where’s I think she may of been hit but can’t confirm as didn’t see it but she didn’t go in with them. My cat is a shy cat so I warned them not to stroke her around the face area cos she’ll nibble so I personally think that happened cos he said my cat wasn’t friendly & he sorted her out… vile vile cattery.

   This cattery was a recommendation to me and am very pleased with them. My cat has stayed here twice and on both occasions she's been well looked after (including her specific diet). My cat always comes back looking great and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them myself.

   Lovely cattery with friendly staff and comfy spaces. Was really pleased with the care my cat had here. The housing for cats is really cosy and well thought out. Staff showed my cat a lot of love there. Felt very happy leaving her there.

   Never been to a cattery before, so wasn't to sure what to expect. But this cattery is lovely, Zazu my cat seems to of settled in well the owners are very caring and lovely and accommodating to our last minute book in. Will continue to send Zazu to this cattery. Highly recommend.

   Friendly, helpful staff! Very clean and tidy. My cat was nervous at first but had settled once I came to pick them up the first time. After several trips now he is far more comfortable now and settles straight in. Definelty recommend to anyone.
