Second time we been over Xmas. Rooms were nice and comfortable. Had few issues Xmas Eve when we got there as first instance I hadn’t asked for ground floor but sorted straight away by Emma on reception. Then those ground floor rooms had no hot water so moved to outside apartments which were lovely as we were altogether in the three outside. Emma was fantastic, nothing was too much trouble and was always eager to make everything good for us, an absolute asset to the team. Breakfast was lovely, so much to choose from. Phoebe was helpful, attentive and overall a lovely member of staff. She would talk to us and loved cuddles with Charlie our dog, again just a fantastic member of staff and both should b mentioned as managers should know how good they are. All other staff nice but those two stood out. Overall the stay was nice. Not too packed either. Well done to everyone, great team.

Having visited previously to enjoy their wonderful buffet lunches, this time my wife and I were able to sample their Sunday lunch. And we were not disappointed - lovely food and ambience, service with a smile, and excellent value. We will certainly keep returning and would definitely recommend this hotel to others for lunches.

We attended a large function at the venue last night and would like to put on record our appreciation of the excellent staff. Classic high end service where they spotted any concerns and resolved them without being intrusive. Thanks especially to the Manageress who I assume does the training.

Great hotel with superb staff. Large spacious rooms, great bar area only negative there were 5 of us dining 4 meals were superb but the 5th fish and chips looked as though it had come from farm foods freezer grey fish flakes instead of white and batter that looked as though it had survived a nuclear blast but to be fair they did offer to change or replace it

A disappointing visit today to King's Court Hotel. I have eaten here on three separate occasions over the years and each time have been saddened by the inflexibility and lack of vegan options on the menu. On Sundays they have a fixed price menu which does not cater for children at all. If a child is over 10 they have to order from the Sunday menu like everyone else not offering any child friendly portions or options. They would not cook anything additional for my daughter today which was disappointing as there was a very limited choice as she is vegetarian. Also, I am a vegan and there is only ever one choice offered but this does not show on the menu, you have to ask. I think with these limited menus that they are excluding children attending their restaurant as well as vegans. I think they should do better

Disappointed in the beds. The main purpose of the trip was to celebrate my daughter's graduation and she has had to sleep on a pull out sofa bed with an absolutely horrible mattress. My back aches from 3 nights on the supposedly comfy mattress. Let me reassure you it isn't. We'll have to find a hotel next time that has an actual 3rd bed. Location is nice with walking access to much. Be advised that the breakfast is at a charge. The website is written in a way that infers that it is included. Shame the whole bed situation ruined it for my daughter. More of a rack than "comfy pullout bed"

We had our Christmas Party & Awards Night at the Kings Court and I have to say the did us proud. The quality and set up of the Warwick Barn was excellent and despite catering for 50+ people the food and menu choices was outstanding and served hot - those staying over all said that their room was extremely comfortable and we had a great breakfast on the Saturday morning. So thank you to Matt and the team and a special shout out to Jake and Callie who ran the evening and made it so special. Also to Brooke on reception who went the extra mile in terms of helping us prepare. Tania and Kaitlin also deserve praise. A thoroughly enjoyable evening and one that was greatly appreciated.

I had the pleasure of staying at this lovely hotel from Friday to Sunday this past week for a writing retreat. The bedroom was lovely and spacious with a very comfy bed and the complimentary drinks facility was very much appreciated. Breakfast was wonderful with the hot buffet and toast, cereal, and croissants for those that wanted it. The evening meal was also delicious and my group enjoyed three courses. I found all the staff extremely helpful and pleasant especially the waitresses/waiters. It will be a treat to return in the future. Thank you for a most enjoyable stay. Rosemarie
