   Niamh is absolutely amazing! My dog hates getting his nails cut and Iv been to many places/vets and they have been unable to cut his nails because he’s so feisty… Iv been to mutleys twice now and Niamh is the only person who has managed to cut his nails and managed to reassure him, I can’t recommend her enough! He has hurt his dew claw and she was so helpful with advice on how to look after it. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

   Very cross with the service. Booked 2 dogs in for 11am (was told 11am when I rang to confirm on numerous occasions). Walked all the way down only to be told it was 10am and our slot had been given away! They didn't even ring to confirm, instead just gave the appointment away. I'm very angry as we've waited 2 1/2 months to even get a groomer because our usual groomer is on maternity. This is not the way to conduct business, particularly as 2 dogs were booked in. I won't be using again.

   I can’t praise the staff at Mutley’s Makeovers highly enough. They go far beyond what should be expected. My dog, Harry, had bad experiences with other groomers and is very nervous but their caring nature and professionalism has meant that he welcomes his visit to Mutley’s; I wouldn’t take him anywhere else. If I could award more stars I would.

   Staff were lovely. My 3 dogs were all groomed beautifully. The price was very reasonable. There are a few cafes nearby if you want to have a coffee while you wait. Only annoying thing about this stretch of road is the very limited parking.
