   A fabulous vets. The staff are caring and kind. My dog was checked over throughly and given solutions for the discomfort she was in. I am incredibly picky over vets and I can honestly say they are brilliant. I would highly recommend and have recommended to one of my friends that has moved locally too.    Absolutely amazing. We were on holiday nearby to the surgery and our dog hurt her paw. Dan was able to see us straight away and helped our poor doggy. He was amazing. And now our dog has everything she needs to heal. Thank you so much Sands veterinary practice

   The best vet clinic out there. Staff, receptionists, whole team are just so friendly and enthusiastic, always helpful and patient. We had a horrible experience coming from vets4pets and had our faith restored coming to this small practice. Always opt for local over chains. Actually sad to be transferring due to moving up to Scotland, will miss this gorgeous place. Thanks from Amber and Leo!!

   What a lovely friendly vets practice - all of the team members go above and beyond. I attended an eye testing clinic and was not aware that they also did hip scoring under sedation- I asked in the off chance to see if they could fit my dog in that same day as I had travelled some distance and they were happy to accommodate. The practice is well located east to find and has great parking even for larger vehicles.

   I'm made up with how comfortable and happy my dog is at the vets! Recently moved him vets for numerous reasons, main and most important was he appeared miserable going the other vets, back hairs up, growling, hiding in the corner, just not being his bright bouncy self. Since coming here there's been a real big change in him and he's already started developing a trust with the vet Emma, just in 2 visits. He now wags his tail, gets excited and even lets out a happy howl on his second visit. It makes it alot easier for when the vets wanting to have a look at him as he's letting her do it with little/no upset. Granted he's now pulling me in and all over the vets but it makes a great change from me pulling him In the vets. The vet spends time with him, growing trust and he feels at ease letting her touch him.

   I'm new to this vet practice Bob our jack Russell doesn't at all like the vets he shivers terribly. The 1st impression I got as you walk in even though the couple on the reception desk where busy trying to sort something out between them they both stopped and said hello as soon as you walk in they where smiling and really lovely. The place is clean and tidy and nice and bright really had a nice friendly atmosphere. The vet we saw was lovely he explained everything to me he was good with Bob. I'm really happy I choose this Vet practice

   We were referred to The Sands via our local vet in North Wales for a CT scan. Our 6 month old puppy was frequently limping. After the scan we emailed over quite a few questions and the practice called us back straight away. She ended up needing surgery which was performed at the practice. She is doing so well and we are hoping for a full recovery. We have a detailed aftercare plan and know what the next steps are to get her back to full health! We felt listened to, we were kept in the loop at every stage of the process and felt reassured that our pup was in good hands. The vets are knowledgable, kind, professional and passionate, which really makes a huge difference in the care you receive. If this practice was closer to home we would have joined without hesitation and will definitely use this practice if we have further issues or need second opinions moving forward.
