   Brilliant practice and really lovely staff - I moved to Wigan and was worried about finding a new vet for my cats but I couldn’t be happier with this choice. They’re very well looked after and the vet is so kind and gentle, the reception staff are also really welcoming and friendly. I would recommend this practice to anyone in Wigan!

   We have 2 troublesome rescue Lurchers - one loves the vets the other HATES it. The staff at Medivet Billinge are exceptional at dealing with them. So calm and reassuring to pets and “Parents” too. Wouldn’t take our fur babies anywhere else tbh. Got to note Vet Nina Ambrose and new head nurse Megan… 5 Star ⭐️

   Saw my dog as a same day emergency when he was unable to walk and in a lot of pain, my pets weren’t under their care at the time. My own vets wouldn’t see us for two weeks but Medivet billinge fit us in and were excellent. Have since moved both my dogs here and have seen my nervous / vet aggressive dog a couple of times as an emergency and are very patient, caring and flexible.

   I’ve brought my dog to this practice since he was a puppy, he is now 8. My complaint isn’t with the vets or nurses as all are lovely and helpful it’s down to the 3 week wait for an appointment. This hasn’t been the case in years gone by and really isn’t good enough especially with the cost involved.

   New to this vets with the arrival of two ginger kittens, the support staff and the veterinarian are all unbelievably friendly, efficient, caring and professional. The practice never appears chaotic and is a pleasure to visit, easy to park. The kittens got Dreamies too so it's a thumbs up from them too!
