   Whenever I take my dog to the clinic I am always welcomed with a smile and a greeting by name for both myself and my dog, normally by Darren the receptionist. He is always super chatty and friendly and makes you feel at ease whilst you wait for your appointment. The staff in general at the clinic are friendly and accommodating and everything is explained really well and they are always very thorough when treating my dog. I would recommend EyeVet to anyone looking for a specialist surgery.

   We were referred to the eye vet as an emergency, to be able to be seen so quickly was amazing and we're so thankful that we were. Staff were amazing, very professional, caring and supportive. Everything was clearly explained to us, so that we knew exactly what to expect. Although our news wasn't great, we didnt come away feeling all doom and gloom, as we were so reassured. Thank you for your amazing service, care and compassion. I can and will highly recommend you.

   I took my dog Sully to this eye vet today and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment we walked in, the team were so welcoming – it’s clear that everyone there truly loves animals. The vet was excellent: very thorough, explained everything clearly without any confusing jargon, and really helped guide me through something I was worried about. A special mention to Darren on reception, who made what could have been a stressful visit so much more pleasant. He helped both Sully and I feel relaxed, cared for, and supported. I would absolutely recommend this eye vet to anyone – they’re brilliant! Sully, of course, wasn’t too fussed about looking at the eye chart in the room — but he was very happy with all the kindness and care he received

   The care our dog Jack has received from this team has been nothing short of amazing. Our vet, Andy, has been fantastic always calm, kind, and genuinely compassionate at every visit. The nursing team treat Jack like he's one of their own, and they’ve been such a comfort to us, especially when we found out he had lost his sight. Darren at reception is brilliant he always takes the time to put everyone at ease as soon as they walk through the door. The admin team are always so friendly on the phone and were incredible when it came to sorting out all our insurance claims. It was such a relief to have that taken care of during a stressful time. Overall, it’s clear this team really cares not just about the animals, but about their humans too.

   Lovely staff who looked after my pet cat brilliantly. They even offered to clean him up after he made a mess in his cat box on the way there. We went in shortly after our appointment time so did not have to sit around waiting. There was plenty of car park space. The only problem was that there was no soap in the public toilet to wash your hands properly which we desperately needed after the initial problem with the cat making a mess. I alerted the staff and they said they will rectify it. All in all, a positive visit and I would recommend this place to others if your pet needs an eye specialist.

   The staff at Eye Vet are amazing, their customer service always makes you feel welcome and you know your dog is going to be well looked after. They all know my dog well by now, even over the phone - they are just so friendly and love the animals that come in. My dog has had 2 procedures with them now, and both have been successful, and the aftercare is incredible.
