   Friendly, caring veterinary practice based in St Helens town centre. I was previously with a different branch, but wasn’t happy with their service so transferred to here ☺️ The staff are more than happy to answer any questions or queries, and when my boy had his surgery today, the vet nurse went through everything I could expect. We see the vet Andre most of the time, he’s been extremely helpful especially with one of my dogs who has seizures. I have 9 dogs who all receive their care here, I would happily recommend this practice.

   Took our 18 yr old cat due to heath issues found out she has thyroid problems. The vet and reception staff have been so caring and helpful. Would highly recommend anyone to take there loving pets to this vetanary surgery.

   Lost our mischa today but made so much easier by the care, professionalism and honest assessment. We came into contact with other people and their pets and have never experienced such friendliness with people visiting with their pets and interactions with staff. Would highly recommend this vet clinic . I'm nearly 63 in 2 days and have over the years had more than one vet as I also lived in Dorsetl for some time. As upsetting as this is we know she did not suffer and was treated with the care and respect pets deserve

   Always caring, the receptionist are so welcoming and happy to help. Vets are great and putting our dog at ease and really care for them I have already recommended Medivet to my friends. I have tried other local vets but not happy with them.

   Disgusting. Took my dog on the Saturday morning because his heart beat was double time and the vet said I have no time to see him. My little boy passed away from heart failure.

   More interested in lining there pockets than your pets health, suppose that’s the same for most vets though, literally from the moment you walk in its a case of test for this test for that let’s try this let’s try that! And if you tell them your dog is insured there eyes light up like a child’s on Christmas morning!

   Really good vets. my gsd is a pain in the backside and they still managed to sort his nails even tho he was going crazy. Really nice vets aswell really attentive!
