We have 5 dogs, we moved into the area and a friend of mine who is a vet recommended them. They have been outstanding particularly when reacting quickly when one of my dogs was injured.

Contacted Daleside in distress with a very poorly cat nearing the end of his life to discuss euthanasia. My cat is registered with Daleside and another veterinary practice. The member of staff on the desk told me to 'let the other practice sort IT' sort IT?! He is not an IT!! I am disgusted by her attitude and lack of empathy towards me, certainly not what I would expect from a veterinary practice!

Took my dog to this vets in lots of pain and unsteady on legs was told he could have a spinal problem and needed a scan costing Β£2000.00 to Β£3000.00 Was given pain killers and saw three vets over the course of a month all saying the same thing and Β£33.00 a time plus medication cost. Took my dog for second opinion to the vets trust they examined him and said he has ear infection they do not charge consultation fees so you just pay for medication, was given ear drops saw vet each week for three weeks at no extra cost my dog is grand.

Wonderful vets, we have all our cats registered here and apart from our new one they've all had a visit. Have always been supportive as well especially when we so sadly had to put one of our cats to sleep, such lovely staff. Would recommend.
