   Birch Vets are amazing both Moreton & Oxton staff are so helpful and caring. We can’t thank all the staff enough for the care they recently gave our dog when he was attending for regular treatment/checkups. Amelia especially has been outstanding in the care that she has given our dog and explained everything throughly and he was given the treatment that was in his dogs best interests. We would highly recommend joining the Pet Club it’s such great value for money. If you’re looking for a local vets we would highly recommend Birch Vets. Thank you all for everything you all do.

   Birch vets moreton is my usual branch they are lovely there and my dogs love the receptionists and the vet. They are very helpful Oxton is also very good and staff and vets excellent but it’s a bit too busy for me in waiting area, I walk difficultly with a stick and feel bit vulnerable in oxtons waiting room

   I have been using Birch vets for 30years when It was run by Mr Marsden and Mr Shepherd.It was a friendly small vets that new all the animals and owners by their 1st names.I even had to ring xmas day and Mr Shepherd gave me directions to his house to give my dog painkillers for a slipped disc.When I asked how much it was he said just give me £10 and happy Xmas.Now they have retired and the vets has been bought out by a large company that one on one care has gone.Its cold and all about money.Young vets and if they need more help you have to pay for them to get specialists in.Sorry it's so sad but I'm moving to a new vet.
